It was it tacky packaging when I received it…the charm wasn’t in the slot so it was sure to be bashed about during delivery to me. Also it didn’t come in a gift bag just a jewellery box and envelope.couldn’t see personal engraving clearly! This is a Chris present and I’m extremely disappointed on the quality and how small engraving is. Not good value for money.if it wasn’t personalised then I would have asked for a refund!!!
