Absolutely brilliant from start to finish. After receiving a lovely warm welcome from the Reception staff, I saw Dr Janjua for the most thorough eye examination I’ve ever had. He went through everything with a fine tooth comb and knew exactly what my problem was, and what my options were. I was referred to him by Professor Said at the Spire Hodpital, as he deals with complex cases.
I would recommend John Flynn Opticians without hesitation, and just wish I had found them sooner

Previously I had several issues trying to get the right prescription and lenses for my eyes as they are so sensitive and intolerant of small changes. Dr Janjua has always been determined to get things right for me and takes plenty of time with me to work out the best options. I’ve had some great bifocals through Flynns for a few years and have finally managed to adapt to varifocals after a few aborted attempts in the past. The team is all very supportive and helpful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend John Flynn, especially if you are a difficult customer like me!

I had a great experience collecting my safety glasses today. The staff took the time to explain everything in detail and made sure I understood how my glasses work. He clearly explained that one part of the lenses is for reading while the other part is for computer. His explanation was very clear and easy to understand.

I visited John Flynn Opticians in Beeston today. I am a very anxious person and couldn’t of asked for a kinder and more helpful receptionist. She really did go above and beyond to help me. Dr Janjua took time to chat with me and make me feel at ease before starting the consultation and then after explained his findings to me in a way that I could understand and referred me to the relevant people to continue my care. He had extensive knowledge in the issues I face and I am so happy I chose to go with them! Thank you to all the team!
