My contact at this company is Simon. He always attends to items in a timely manner and never lets you drop a ball where company and personal tax and accounting are concerned. He has a friendly, approachable and patient telephone manner and is always one step ahead of where we need to be. I have been using Simon now for a year and by far the best accountant I have ever used. I have found previous accountants to be very reactive rather than proactive and also work only within narrow remits.
