Responsive Customer Service
The website was really responsive and easy to navigate. There were so many generous bundles offered at such great prices that it was hard to choose! I mistakenly ordered a Midi and contacted customer service to update to a Maxi. Despite it being the weekend, I got a response in less than 5-minutes - and there was a solution and next steps forward.

Bad communication on delivery
So many emails telling it’s not been scanned then saying it’s on its way and still nothing arriving just be honest and say when it’s scheduled to arrive

Odpowiedź od JOGA Starz
Hi Mike,
Fair point, chasing scan updates with no real delivery date is frustrating and we should be telling you plainly when it is due. That is not the standard we want for this. Email us at hello@shopjoga.com with your order number and we will get you a straight answer and sort it out.

Hi Adam,
That is a fair hit and you should not have had to deal with a slow delivery, missing socks, and then a request for proof on top of it. That is not the standard we hold ourselves to. Please email hello@shopjoga.com and we will get this sorted properly.
