Very respectful and helpful

The communication is beyond exceptional. I got my medication on time and quickly. I am thankful to be on this journey with them and wouldn’t pick anyone else.

They were honest about everything. At first I didn’t see results but after consulting with them, they changed the amount and I saw good results.

I started with Joey Meds in November 2025. Initially the customer service was ok and then it actually got bad. Hard to reach anyone, no tracking sent, first order was not sent to the correct address. Second order was hard to get responses. I had an issue with the second orde, I did not receive my full 12 weeks I had ordered. I contacted Joey Meds about this and I have had the best customer service! I have received messages throughout the process to correct this order and everything has been taken care of in a very timely manner. I will continue to order my Tirzepatide from Joey Meds with their continued top notch customer service. Pricing is also great. Highly recommend. Would be 5 stars if the start of my experience would have been better.

I am happy for the opportunity to receive affordable GLP-1 medication. I have lost 42 lbs. since November. I wish I had more access to medical staff. That is the only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

From the start I didn’t get enough syringes. I had to buy more. I contacted and that was a waste of time. Several times I asked questions and received no reply or had to wait 3-4 days. Not to mention the fact that I lost 0 pounds. Has zero side effects. I think you gave me garbage.

Easy to order, pricing is really good too!

I enjoyed getting the one on one texts from my customer service rep who walked me through the process and was available. This service may be for people who are self starters, also my delivery came beautifully packed with dry ice and a full day early. It was delivered UPS and handed right to my husband. I feel like the investment was a great price and value, we both feel very good about it. I started my injections and I went for the full 12 week program and I am so stoked thank you JOEY MED and Kevin for helping with all my questions.

I was recently counseled on what would suit my personal needs for effective weight loss that pertained to to me as an individual... I also addressed a payment issue I noticed on my credit card and in doing so, customer service rectified it and offered me another deal to compensate me... I look forward to continuing my relationship with this platform.

Communication was good at first them went down hill after that. It was taking forever for the Dr to approve my second round of meds and I messaged quite a few times asking what the Dr said because I only lost 4 lbs in 4 months. I've been on tirzepatide before and did very well with a different company. I don't know if it's the pharmacy they are using or what!! DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

My order came pretty quickly and I appreciate their support team with updates on when my order would be ready. Even after I received it, they messaged me letting me know if there are any other questions or support, they are available anytime. I found that so helpful, especially it being my first time using GLP-1 injections. Will definitely reorder.
