Company was responsive in providing clarity regarding shipment. While Covid-19 hampered their production and I originally canceled my order years ago, my recent purchasing experience went smoothly, with only 2 weeks between placing the order and receiving the item.

Expensive for bad quality after many Mails no really help or option. Normally the quality is bad the minimum is to send a new item without the failures of the first package. I didn't buy a second time at this shop

they stayed in contact with me on every concern they had about my sizes i sent and the customer service is great they always answer you back

I’ve ordered from JoeToys twice and they always come through with top of the line merchandise.

My mask is high quality, however it warped while shipping and although I was able to reshape it to some degree, it just doesn’t look right.

Awesome helmet and was delivered in a timely manner. Only constructive feedback is that it is really difficult to see out of it with the eye lights on, especially the white light and the velcro dots holding the cushion came off easily, but I just replaced those will larger ones. Very pleased with the purchase.

Worst customer service

I have been reaching out and no answer. My product went out for delivery well over a month and I have no update.

I ordered an Ironman mask from Joetoys on 6/5/24, it is now 7/12/24 and I have not received it. I have sent two emails for updates and have not heard back from the company at all. The last shipment info was from 6/22/24 showing it was returned from customs. I will never purchase anything from them ever again! I’m sure getting my money back is going to be just as much fun!

My HALO Master Chief armor costume is outstanding! I was a bit skeptical about whether it would actually look like the images on the website, and I was a bit nervous about the long lead-time (2-months for my order)...but, the end result is truly impressive. I have it on display in our home (my kids & their friends LOVE it)...and, I can't wait to 'win' Halloween this year ;-)

The moment I ordered the muscle suit off the Joetoys website, I had a feeling I would be waiting a long time til I saw the suit or heard back from them. I received an email shorty after asking that I submit more details about my order. I was happy to see that they were doing everything they could to make sure everything would fit right. Not too long after I received another email saying that the suit progress was going smooth and an eta on when it would be done. To my surprise the suit came in earlier than they had said. It fit perfectly, was high quality, and I got it earlier than expected. The Joetoys team was fantastic through the whole ordering process!

Best communication I've had with a seller! Were willing to do custom work for a fair price and shipped everything sooner than expected. Cannot recommend enough.

sizing is way off, does not even come close to fitting, obviously sending measurements meant nothing for being custom made.
