First, i waited more than 2 months to receive the helmet. The helmet arrived all scratched, despite the fact that I paid full price and bought it as "new". moreover it was assembled really very badly, the spaces did not coincide anywhere, the mask closes badly and when the eyes are on you can see all the spaces even more. I am very sorry for this, I was expecting a beautiful helmet given the price of around 300 euros plus shipping which cost me another 50 euros. I expected the seller to meet me by sending me a partial refund or by replacing my helmet with a new one but the only thing they managed to do is get me to disassemble parts via whatsapp. Having said that I am truly very sorry and will never buy again.

UPDATE today 5 of may:
I spoke several times with the girl who assists the sales, in the end we reached a conclusion where I was refunded a part in cash, I would have preferred the replacement of the helmet because I really wanted it to be perfect, but that's okay, in the end in the end they were polite and correct.

I got this item for a gift and it was better than I ever expected.

Great costume build that really turned head. Not only that but Joetoys kept me updated with every bit of the process. Great service and a fantastic product!

Helmet doesn’t fit and it came broken. Although they helped me fix it via email, it shouldn’t have been broken and continues to break for the price I paid. Disappointing.

Communication was great and the mask was next level. I thought that is was pretty quick shipping to Canada cosindering where it’s coming from. I got to track it the whole time. Came on my son’s birthday which was incredible. Mask is amazing. Keep up the great work.

I ordered the Bumblebee outfit in June and received it in September. They did a really good job making the suit and it was easy to put on. Since then, I've ordered the Batman "Ben Affleck" edition and again was happy with the quality of the suit. I've got one more wish for a suit in the future so fingers crossed.

Wow all the intricate pieces and little motors. I had an order in during covid and when after 6 months of delay, I was afraid I couldn’t get my money back so I talked to Clara and she refunded my money back right away and that’s when I know they are not scammers. So after 2 years when I checked back to see they have increased their production speed, I ordered right away the V1 silver polished 1 week delivery. BAM i got it in a week. everything works great, shipping foam protected the helmet great, the box they use is very thick cardboard and stiff. shipped via UPS with tracking.

This is not a fake review, I will wear it to car meets during the summer in south Denver and you’re welcome to come check it out.

I would highly recommend the V2 matte silver finish, i kinda regret getting the polished silver i think the matte silver will look better in person but i didn’t want to wait haha. Thank you Clara and Joe and your team!

Making a big purchase can be sometimes scary. Joetoys made that experience easy and comfortable. With great response times from their customer service staff all the way until delivery (only took 3 weeks) the staff was amazing!

Amazing product! The delivery on the silver version was so fast and exactly on time. I didn’t realize though it’s a bit smaller so people with big heads watch out. A few adjustments though and it fit well. Definitely a great item to add to a collection for marvel fans. 20/10 would order again.

I really like the quality of the product and it can quickly. The only negative I have to say is the voice commands rarely work. It's very picky but the remote works fine.

I purchased a mask and it wasn’t the one I actually wanted, tried to return it and they never got back to me. I purchased the one I actually wanted and was very pleased. I can’t take away from the quality of the work, but customer service is lacking.

I bought the mk. 5 v2 iron man helmet, and it was quite literally a fulfilled childhood fantasy of mine. It is everything I had hoped it would be, and on top of making an awesome product, the shipping process did not take as long as I expected it to.

The product is super amazing! Somehow beat my already high expectations, my only issue was that when the helmet arrived one of the pieces had slipped out of position and was causing the helmet to not close or open properly. Luckily I was able to spot the issue and fix it myself but to someone less tech savvy it would be a big letdown to have it be flawed like that.

Service was great. Received an email from the business shortly after prompting me to ask any questions I had about my service and were quick to respond (within a day).
