This is probably 3rd or 4th purchase from Joe’s Toes. Excellent customer service and well made products. I use their products in conjunction with my knitting . Just recent bought patches for the elbows of a knitted sweater . Always get compliments

Bought small oval suede patches to fix 2 holes in a kendo glove. The patches are shipped in pairs which is perfect, and they arrived on time. The patches are soft and flexible yet seem durable. They were the perfect size for what I needed and my gloves feel like they still have good flexibility and grip. Would definitely order again if needed.

I got to pick my perfect pair of slippers and they fit like a glove. My feet are super snuggly right now, as it's dropped into the minus figures outside. The soles are really comfortable underfoot.

Joe's Toes is fantastic. Quick delivery and beautifully packaged with care. On top of that a great and responsive customer service. I will come back in the future.

I recently bought Joe's Toes extra-thick felt insoles. Personal touch from Amanda, who answered my question about foot sizes being UK or USA. The superthick insoles I ordered arrived really quickly and are perfect for me. They are also extra wide, and help my plantar fasciitis problem so much that my gait is now normal and painless. Brilliant, would defo buy from Joes Toes again! 🤓

I ordered a pair of soles just after Christmas. They came much more quickly than I had expected over the holiday period, were of excellent quality and beautifully packaged with real care. Thank you Joes toes!

I ordered some soles before Christmas but due to Christmas post and strikes there was a considerable delay. I contacted Joe's Toes and received a very prompt reply apologising for any inconvenience and offering to send a replacement. I received them in the post the next day so this was not necessary. Customer service was excellent and I am very happy with the soles ordered. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Placed an order in December 2021. It was shipped on 1/4/22. Today is 2/22/22 and still have not received the order.

I ordered a pink felt spectacles case, it arrived on time, is very good value, unique and a little special and is a welcome addition to my handbag. I would definitely recommend

I've purchased a number of times from Joe's Toes when visiting Yarndale in Skipton. Always lovely customer service and happy to advise on colour combinations. The felt soles are very robust and lasts long time, very good quality. I'd be happy to be a return customer. Particularly helpful with advise when my friend has a severe latex allergy.
