The rewards/frequent park program seems…
The rewards/frequent park program seems to have gone away. Called numerous times to get updates with no luck. Online reservations was not working, employees redirect to a different website. I used to love your services, including valet and car wash, all that has stopped as well.

Quick and easy
Quick and easy. I have parked at Joe's several times. Sometimes just a trip when I fly out on the morning and come back in the evening, sometimes I leave my car there for a week, and in between-type trips. Works well every time!

Used to be very good
Used to be very good, but now they no longer have valet service so one presumably has to park oneself in a tall dark building. When my wife heard about that, she said, NO, I'll use Uber or anything else.

Great Location
Great Location. Easy to find a spot. Plenty of shuttles and never wait when I return.

Just your basic lot.
Completely revamped, basic parking now.
No more valet service, no more car wash services.
These, to me, were what differentiated this lot from the others.
I am now parking at Wallypark Premiere, which is owned by the same company but still has these added services.

very convenience easy check out
very convenience easy check out, never had any issues and i always feel safe leaving my car there. The only thing that i do miss is before they would offer to wash your car and clean it, but nothing expensive. regardless is still a great service.

Good place
Good place. Great attention. Secure. But the check in system is a little bit inefficient. If you have a reservation you need to enter your number but you don't get any ticket to use to get out. When you want to leave, you have to go to first the office to do it. I will recommend then to change their system.

If you book and pay the parking based on your flight times and you get back early, you do not get refunded. They said to put an earlier time on the pick up.
