Love this place! Every drink I’ve had has been amazing. And I so, so appreciate the gf-bread option and a vegan version of the pesto sandwich!

Dårlig service ikke særlig serviceminded pige bag skranken,beskidte borde, betalte kontant og fik forkert beløb tilbage, hvilke hun nægtede, så bad vi om kvittering , men det måtte hun overbevises om og så fik vi det rette beløb retur

St Albans has great staff

I ordered from here like 4 days in a row. For 3 of the days I couldn’t get what I wanted bc you guys didn’t have apples or date puree. The last day I ordered a croissant and when I got there they told me they had none. I think the workers did their job great but not having 2 ingredients that’s are in like every item is crazy

Very good quality.

They were 25 minutes behind with the orders.
The app told me my order was ready
But really they cancels my order.
The app and the service at the upper west side location were horrific.

Joe and the juice is my go to place, if i am not eating at home, i will pack something from here. Tastes and variety are good.

Tok veldig lang tid sist jeg bestilte på Gardermoen, men tunacado og spicy tuna er veldig gode.
Kjøpte kaffe på Triaden, fikk vann med farge, sa fra, fikk beskjed om at det er sånn de lager kaffen der. Var også tilbud på toast og kaffe i appen, kjøpte det i to runder, og da fikk jeg ikke tilbudet.. dette burde personalet spørre / informere om.

Cat is one of the best support representatives I have received help from in connection with accidentally deleting my account at Joe & The Juice. She managed to restore my account, even though it took 2–4 months. But she succeeded in the end. I got my points back as well as everything I had in my wallet. Everything is now as it should be. The salted caramel matcha was too salty. I couldn’t drink it!!

Bra drikke! Noe må gjøres med service/ vanlig folkeskikk. Fikk beskjed på appen om at drikken var klar. Kom til benken og koppen var tom og jenta som lagde den stod bare og tekstet. Etter å ha snakket litt med en kollega lagde hun den ferdig. Umulig å få øyekontakt for å stille et spørsmål, si takk eller bestille mer. Føltes som skjult kamera hvor noen skal gjøre så mye de kan for å bli oppfattes som uhøffelig

They have amazing customer service and staff are so sweet!! I ordered a sandwich to the wrong shop but they refunded me a day later. The person who i spoke to on emails was so understanding and nice.

Easy to order in advance online and pick up. Great taste!
