The store was very helpful in finding me the right sized washing machine to fit my space. Delivery, unpacking, disconnecting, connecting, testing and removal of old washing machine went without a hitch. The 2 young delivery men were very professional with the way they handled it all.

We are ordering appliances for a new kitchen and so far, the service and advice we have received from Joe Grahams has been exemplary.

Efficient information and appropriate options so able to make a quick decision on a new Washing Machine and installation arranged that week.

It was cold and rainy when the guys from Joe Graham came with our new Fridge Freezer, and it was no fun getting our old one out and the new one in They were great, so positive and friendly and made what we were worrying would be a really stressful situation pain free.

The process from choosing the appliance to delivery it was smooth and trouble free. They were the only company who agreed to help me in my situation as I live in a block of two apartments with no lift and since my apartment is on 2nd floor other companies refused to deliver but this company said it’s not a problem and they did it without hassle. The delivery guys were great, professional and friendly.

I was really impressed with the assistance from Adrian on my first visit to your showroom. When I returned the last week to get a quote/invoice on my choice of fridge it was done straight away. Payment was made later in the week and on Monday my fridge was delivered and installed, instructions given and guarantee explained. All round an easy and very pleasant experience.
