The Staff at Joe Graham were superb . Sales staff friendly efficient and knowledgable . They guided me to exactly what I wanted and Integrated ted Fridge and an Integrated Freezer. Despite Christmas looming they found me a date just after Christmas for Delivery an Installation . Adam was fantastic really helpful and did a great job , they fitted great . I can’t speak highly enough of Joe Grahams . A modern company with Old Fashion Standards and prices that are competitive .

Excellent service. I ordered by phone at 9 am a tumble dryer. This was delivered and installed by 12 45. Delivery person was very polite and sociable.
The service from the sales person on the phone was also excellent, informative and helpful.

Really good experience with Joe Graham. They had just the Tumble Dryer we wanted and at a good price. After a slight delay in delivery because of the fact it was three days before Christmas, it was delivered and the old one taken away. We were kept informed at all times and they even managed to reschedule the delivery around us, even though it was now two days before Christmas.
Ben the delivery driver was excellent. Really polite, friendly and helpful. He even put the new machine right near where it was going. This meant all I had to do was connect it up and push it back into position. Overall a fantastic company to deal with. Excellent communication and we were made to feel very valued as customers which is sadly rare these days. Many thanks to all at Joe Graham. New tumble dryer is also excellent.

Great service, great communication

We spoke extensively to Ian about our requirements. He painstakingly explained various aspects of the product. There was no pressure sale. We left to consider our options but came back a few weeks later and purchased the product based on our interaction and experience. Joe handled the sale process on our return and was exceptionally helpful. Dealing with both gents was the most helpful part of the sale. Delivery was just as seamless, the gentleman that delivered the product was just as helpful. This is a great company that has proven track record. I will continue to patronise them.

sometimes things do not always go as planned when this happened to me Joe graham's pulled all the plugs out to help us sort it out. They could not of done more.

Joseph was so helpful- he knew all the products and how they worked. I bought a dishwasher late one afternoon a week before Christmas and it came at 10.30 the following day. Even the delivery lad was super helpful.

We received prompt help when selecting a replacement for our 22 year old leaking Hotpoint, as it had to be exact same dimensions to fit available space.
Despite plumbing snags due to out-dated pipes, Ryan re-scheduled our delivery at the end of a very wet busy day. He was polite, friendly and efficient, a credit to your company. We had the same efficient service from Jason three months earlier when he fixed a different problem for us.
