Loved using jockbox so far. The customer service is fantastic. They guys there made a sizing mistake, I let them know and they sorted it out really quickly. They even let me keep the pair that were too small.

I contacted the customer service email about the issue and no one responded back to me. I will call my bank to get my money back

I am extremely disappointed to read this review - I'd like to start by addressing the misinformation in your review - your order was placed 2 weeks ago, not 60 days. We would never allow something to go on for 60 days.
Secondly, I have responded to every email that you have sent and advised you that as you did not select tracked shipping at the checkout, we are unable to track your order.
A high majority of delays when shipping internationally are caused by your local customs office that may have delays on clearing your goods, however - this aside, I advised you we have a 28 day lost order policy which means we will happily refund or replace your goods after 28 days at our expense - this is to make sure the parcel is lost and not just delayed before we compensate as we're a small business.
I ask that you remove your review or at least edit it to represent the facts. We have worked hard to build our reviews and our customer relationships and this review is not a true representation of that at all.

Good and quick service
Good and quick service. Order arrived in no time. Three pairs of Sukrew which are fabulous. Superb material and I love the profile they all give; shows me off a treat. I like my pants snug so I tend to go for small and these were fine. Bit concerned about availability. I really wanted the silver V-thong but only large available - and that hasn't altered a month on.
Bit disappointed with the ToF Mesh Boxer. Partly my own fault I didn't spot that the sizing guide for ToF differs from Sukrew. Rather too tight and constricting. Not too sure how long the mesh will last being stretched.

Prompt and very quick shipping
Prompt and very quick shipping. Nicely followed up but when paying by PayPal it got me worried as the payee ended up being an individual and not the business name and I nearly put a stop on the order with PayPal as I thought it maybe fraudulent but product all arrived and no problem.

Cute, but size guide a little off
The pink brief Was cute. I just wish the sizing guide on the website was a little more detailed as I would have probably gone a sizer too smaller. The white brief I was not too fond of And again I wish the sizing guide was a little more in depth as it also was slightlyToo big.I will be making another purchase list another purchase with a smaller size.
