Joannesjournals Recenzje

I love the amazing journals. Its so relaxing to get all my planning out of my head and written down .

I really liked Joanne’s journals inserts for my Filofax. They have quick shipping or high-quality and the customer service is great. I’ve ordered several times and it always comes neatly packs and with a nice little message. Will definitely be ordering again soon.

A company you just keep going back to! The journals are such a good quality and Joanne really thinks about the little details to ensure there are inserts for all your needs.
Not only this but they're customer service is fab and they really listen to what customers want and try to bring this to them.
I can't wait for my Christmas binder to arrive now!

I have placed many orders with this company and the quality is always 10stars! Just received my planner inserts for 2027! Again something that feels better than other companies provide, whilst fitting my life and needs perfectly.

Fast shipping, amazing customer service both live on tiktok shop and via the email. And wow the journal is beautiful the paper for the inserts feel so premium! They personally engraved my journal and I still received my order next day! Beyond amazing service!!

I’ve ordered a few times now and am generally very impressed.
The products are really lovely, and very good quality.
I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 because I ordered the mystery box number five and was very disappointed with it- it didn’t feel like the same high quality as the other products I had ordered.
To be fair, they did allow me to return it for store credit, although the process was very confusing as they got me mixed up with someone else and assumed I had returned the box when I hadn’t, and it took a few emails to sort that out.
I would definitely order more, but wouldn’t order another mystery box

A4 Planner pad dusty pink what can i say i love it the quality of the paper is amazing i think i need more.

Fabulous buying experience from start to finish! Nothing is too much trouble, they will go above and beyond to help and answer any questions! Super quick delivery and top quality products.

Love the products. Great customer service. Go above and beyond for their customers.

Love this company so much. The customer service team are amazing. I had a slight issue with my latest order and it was all sorted within a few minutes. Fabulous service. Would highly recommend Joanne’s Journals.

I love the journal because I can put in it what I want so it is unique to me and nobody else. I have already ordered another journal as I want to separate out my health inserts to my academic inserts. I also can’t wait to get my Christmas planner although I may be stashing that to start using next year as I’ve already done a lot of my Christmas shopping! The quality is great they dispatch everything super quick.

Love love love this company and their products. Ordered a Luxe journal and a whole load of inserts and accessories at about 9pm on a Friday night, they arrived on the Sunday, incredibly quick, beautifully packaged and a real treat to open. The journal cover is gorgeous, really high quality and the inserts are all great. High quality paper and card, lovely stickers and other accessories. Yes, it's expensive but it feels it and looks it and is absolutely worth it. I can see myself using this for many years to come.

What a fantastic company!
I placed my 3rd order on Satirday and unfortunately a few items were missing so I emailed to let them know. Within a minute I had received a reply and an apology along with confirmation that the items would be sent to me. Thay arrived the next morning.
You see how great a company is by the way they handle any issues and I have to say Joannes Journals are amazing. Fabulous customer service! Keep up the great work ❤️

Amazing products, well made, lovely colours to choose from anf can totally personalise your planner with all the different options available, plus fast shipping

I’ve been with this company a couple of years now when I first found their Christmas planner. The quality was exquisite and all inserts were well thought through and I used most of them. It also paved the way for me to change my daily planner after a consultation meeting about what I needed. Which was free for consultation and no obligation. I’ve now bought their new academic inserts and treated myself to a new planner. As always the quality and thought that have gone into design and customer need and care is nothing short of wonderful. I will continue to be a customer for years to come.

Since buying my first mystery box in April, which included a disc planner, I’ve gone on to buy three more disc planners, three ring binders, tons of inserts, won a full ring binder set, and purchased a second mystery box!

Every single product has been absolutely stunning and of exceptional quality. Honestly, the quality is second to none. They look and feel so luxurious that I almost feel guilty using them!

This is the first UK company I’ve found that offers disc planner inserts, and I love that every insert is available for both ring binders and disc planners. You can choose the format that suits your planning style, and because everything is customisable and interchangeable, it’s so easy to create a setup that’s perfect for you.

On top of the amazing products, the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. ❤️

My daughter loves her academic diary for when she starts high school. Green is her favourite colour. Thank you for super fast delivery. My daughter loves the quality of the paper too.
