Joannesjournals Recenzje

Love the journal, has a lovely feel to it. All the extra pages are brilliant, something all needs. I have ordered twice and both things have come return of post. Packed really well in a lovely box. An ideal gift!

Just purchased the burgundy kiss planner, wow. Delivered very swiftly and packaged extremely well.
Absolutely stunning colour and quality, inserts are brilliant and I can't wait to get my life organised xx

10/10 recommend Joanne’s Journals!!
I purchased all the way from Melbourne Australia, I bought the ocean frost blue luxe binder plus lots of other extra pieces and the quality of the vegan leather is so beautiful!
Definitely the best brand there is on the market for agenda’s & planners!!
Also I had a query and customer service team was beyond exceptional, thank you so much again! 🩷

Initially my experience wasn’t so great as my product was faulty and It took a while for the refund to process, due to issues with TikTok but finally got to the bottom of it and Emma kindly called me to discuss

Absolutely brilliant. Customer service second to none, I had a small problem which was resolved immediately.
The journals are beautiful and the inserts well thought out. Recommend 100%

I ordered the Serenity Bundle in Vanilla Cloud plus a few extra inserts. I can honestly say the journal is stunning and exactly what I was looking for and more!
Special thanks to Emma in Customer Service for going above and beyond to sort a couple of issues for me. A fab company and will definitely be buying more!!

I absolutely LOVE My new planner. Got it in the colour burgundy kiss and honestly it’s a beauty. Not forgetting the very fast delivery.. I ordered on Friday and my planner arrived on Sunday! Also, I asked for a 4 initial embossing which I thought was not possible as the website only goes up to 3 initials. Joanne made it possible. Thankyou so much. Will definitely be a regular customer now!

This is my first order and I’m very impressed, not only with the quality of the planner, accessories and even the paper itself (which is lovely to write on) but also the excellent customer service and fast delivery. Even ordering at the weekend I received the delivery the following day.

I ordered the Christmas bundle in the gorgeous green tartan. It is beautiful and is far superior to the Christmas planner that i usually use. As i am a regular customer and ordered this during a Tik Tok live Jay also added a freebie which matched the binder perfectly. The quality is amazing.

Made my order this afternoon, accidentally ordered 2 of the same product. Sent an email to customer services and it was dealt with quickly.

The products I bought were to go with the amazing subscription box, the products in there were beautiful and really useful, the thought that goes in to the products that Joanne’s journals designs are incredible
I highly recommend this company, their products and the customer service.
They truly value there customers x

The shipping was fast and I can’t believe how considerate Joanne is with her packaging. It’s perfect, truly. Recommend 200%!

I have only recently started using jj
For my planning etc and it’s great so far the quality I notice is outstanding and it just fits my life!

I ordered some pieces on Saturday night before midnight as I had to get my discount off! Being tired I ordered the wrong set! I emailed this morning ( Sunday ) to see if anything could be done due to my mistake and within 30 minutes it was sorted 😳 quite unreal tbh that a business that is so small but mighty are “on it” on a Sunday morning! Thanks to Joanne and Jordan and the team at jj for amending my order as this is a birthday gift it means self for me they have went the extra mile :) thanks so so much best service 🙌🏼🙏🏼

I bought the Celestial Dream Mid-Binder | A5 and used some of my points to reduce the cost. Unusual binder style which I like and love the colour and quality. I bought it as a gift so may need to buy myself another one! Quick delivery and nice packaging.

Once you make your first order and receive it you will be obsessed, fabulous quality and mega fast delivery…. Would highly recommend 💯

A fantastic Green Edit and some chosen inserts arrived yesterday. I am so very happy with the quality of my goodies and the amazing inserts. I’m pleased I bought the bundle that I can build from, there is so much choice!
Customer Service is amazing and being introduced to the team via an amazing email, was a brilliant surprise and great marketing!
I will be ordering again… including a Christmas present for my friend … ssshhh, don’t tell her !!
I really recommend Joanne’s Journals

This is an amazing company. The products are of high quality and there is always a great variety to fit my work and personal needs for planning! They also have an excellent customer service. I just love them!

I’ve not even received my 2 orders yet but I had to comment and say how I fully recommend them for their customer service alone. I had made a mistake on an order and they called me to check if I knew and sorted it before they sent the delivery out. Never experienced that before and I’m forever grateful. Absolutely recommend for their gorgeous products and customer service is above and beyond. I will definitely be ordering again and again. Thanks so much.

I’ve had a few different product over the years started with the binder and added inserts then tried the mystery boxes all the product are great quality keep up the hard work!!!

Beautiful disc planner, gorgeous detail. Couldn't be happier

Where do you start? Have been searching for an A5 planner that enabled me to have the things I wanted in it. Have looked across the market and seen other planners, but this one matches the price point and the inserts were what I was looking for. Not to mention the interaction and customer service is next level. Dispatch incredible, they must sleep in their warehouse. Super pleased and looking forward to extending and enjoying this planner for months and years to come. 5*
