I really cannot recommend them highly enough. We have just moved house and needed a variety of electrical work done. On recommendation we contacted JLN and were not let down. From quote to completion (they even vacuumed the brick dust in the garden). Extremely polite and conscientious individuals. A definite 5 star experience !

JLN arrived 8.20 and got straight on with the work. They were very efficient and we had no disruption. Checked all radiators and gas appliances and talked us through our new boiler. Overall a great job. Would highly recommend.

Sadly required 2 new boilers in the last 2 months [different buildings]. One for elderly father. John is so knowledgeable. his skill and workmanship are something that is sadly seen rarely these days. His pipe work was like a work of art on both installs. John and Patrick were polite, quiet, tidy and efficient without compromising the quality of their work. Highly highly recommend this company. Every dealing with them has been excellent.

I used JLN's new electrician service for the 1st time. As I expected, JLN's very high standards were all part of the service. I particularly appreciated how quiet and tidy Rich was, and how he cleaned up so well. All on top of a first rate job (replacing lights in kitchen and bathroom) with minimal fuss. Excellent Value. Had new boiler controls fitted. Faye on reception was great at getting all my queries answered, and Craig the fitter was really great and knowledgeable about the product - answering questions and giving me tips and tricks before he left!

JLN replaced my faulty gas CH boiler with a new model in a fully professional manner. They had, previously, quoted and advised an installation date/time, including identity of engineers; all of which they adhered to. The engineers were excellent, being utterly professional and very pleasant, going in my opinion the “extra mile”.

Absolutely fantastic member of staff who was chatty and friendly throughout. Really knowledgeable and was able to identify how to sort the problem with ease!

We contacted JLN Plumbing & Heating to discuss replacing our old conventional boiler for a new combi boiler. In a very short time, we were visited by a service manager Paul. Paul was very professional and helpful explaining all aspects of the required work, listening to our ideas, and produced quotes very fast. Later he also suggested a pipework which was less damaging for our house and fitted perfectly our expectations, saving time and cost. This quite complicated work was perfectly done by the installation engineer Scott and Patrick and their colleagues. They were very polite, did their work properly, always left the place clean, with minimum interruption of our normal life during these cold days. The installed boiler, the heating system and the hot water supply work excellent. We are very satisfied with the JLN team and recommend this company to everyone.

Called out engineer as my condenser boiler kept making whining noises. Brendan throughly checked the boiler & assured us there was nothing wrong with it. Gave sound advice & was very knowledgeable. Really happy with the whole process, from the booking appt, call out & advice.

I fully recommend this company. They replaced my Mums boiler for her and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, knowledgeable, on time and very respectful and polite. They did an excellent job and she is very happy with the new boiler installation. They also provided me some advice with my heat pump as well and were extremely helpful. Companies like this are almost impossible to find these days and I am so pleased to have found such a good reliable company. Thank you to everyone at JLN for such good service.
