Great Customer Experience from Start to Finish....
The entire process from inception to completion was handled by JK Floor heating with professionalism and skill. A hassle free experience
A hassle free experience. Although performed by a different team each day they had obviously coordinated their work schedule and the whole process took less time and less mess than I was expecting. I should also mention the lady in accounts who dealt with my antiquated paying method (as I do not have internet banking) with patience and humour.

My first time of dealing with JK Flooring and I found the experience to be totally professional, they managed to answer all my many questions, the teams turned up when scheduled.

With any 1 star review that we receive we will always look into the matter to see if there has indeed been a failing on our part.
After investigation with our sales team, it was found that you did have a quote sent to you on the 28th May [your review here was posted on June 4th].
Unfortunately, the quote we sent had been diverted into your spam/junk folder and this was later confirmed by yourself after our sales colleague James gave a follow call.

I was impressed by the whole team at JK…
I was impressed by the whole team at JK floorheating. From my initial contact with neil in the design phase and the countless contacts i had with the technical team, they were always quick to answer all the questions i had. The installation team of Guy and Jaden arrived as planned and went over the design ensuring I was still happy with the plans and placement of the Manifold. they were both polite and respectful of my property and were a credit to the team.
Hats off to everyone Involved in my installation and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

Excellent response and great system
Excellent response when we had a leak. Fitted us in the next day. Plus - the system itself is brilliant. No mess and very quick and clean.
Following up JK's response: I should have added that the leak was not the fault of JK, but our builders who didn't know the pipes were there!!

James put my mind at rest…
After a tricky start with the monstrous Ts and Cs and an extra cost to analyse areas of my floor the man came to do the work.
James was there on time and immediately began to put my mind at rest as he briefed me on what he was going to do. He was polite and informative and worked quickly and efficiently during the process. He left the job with a smile and a cheery goodbye. Well done James.

Jk flooring 5 star…
Jk have been exceptionally helpful from planning the retrofit project through to completion. Indeed the technical department have answered so many questions they were very helpful. Thanks James and team and Dan for coming over to view the project.
When we came to install, our installer James explained fully what was happening all the way and left a tidy and completed instal. Very impressed.
