I recently bought a new Suzuki Swift hybrid from J & J Motors in Bridgend. I dealt with Tom Crosbee, who was fantastic; he went way above and beyond. The whole experience was wonderful, and I love my new car! I've been using this branch for years even though I have to drive quite a distance to get there. It's a really nice team and the service is brilliant.

Rob in particular was outstanding as he went above and beyond to make the whole process straightforward. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kept me updated every step of the way. I have been using J&J Ford at Crosshands for over 8 years, having dealt with Chris and more recently Rob in the sales team. They are always professional, providing all the relevant information without the aggressive selling that you experience with some dealerships. They go out of their way to make sure that you get the best deal to suit your circumstances. Rob even took care of transferring my private plates, sorted out the tax, MOT, service, and included a 1-year warranty – everything was covered, which made the whole process stress-free.
