Jixta Inc. Recenzje

Jixta created a 4’x4’ custom outdoor led neon sign for our VFW Post and the end product was amazing. We provided the design, Jixta sent us back a visual of what it would look like, and had the finished product to us in just a couple weeks with complete installation instructions. Cece was wonderful as a sales rep, keeping in touch with us throughout the process. We would highly recommend Jixta and will likely use them again.

Very polite and eager to please me and make changes to my specifications. Kept me informed with text messages and emails. I look forward to using them again. Delivery was great, product is greater. My sign is beautiful, bright and well made.

Experience was great and easy! Thanks!

Everything was as represented … from mockup to final product and delivered in 2 weeks, which was way faster than expected! Highly recommend!

I contacted them about my disappointment with the battery option as it was no different from plug in version.
Would take return on battery option because it was "custom" when in reality it is just an option.
Customer relations and service is beyond "poor"

I recently ordered a custom neon LED sign from Jixta, and the entire experience was outstanding. The final product arrived quickly and actually looked even better than I had expected! What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Chloe supported me throughout the design and order process, providing excellent communication and ensuring everything was perfect.
I loved being able to see the instant mockup before committing, and knowing that Jixta handles all production in-house really shows in the final quality. I highly recommend them to any business looking for custom signage, and a huge thank you to Chloe for her amazing support!

The sign is gorgeous. They nailed the design. It came in perfect condition. So easy to work with this company. Can't wait to buy another.

Excellent communication every step of the way. Signs were better than expected. We will definitely be buying more.

I placed an order for a custom neon sign (Invoice #D5026) and paid a 50% deposit ($280.63). After approving the initial mockup, the photos and videos of the finished item sent by their team failed to match the approved design in quality, color, and layout.

When I requested a refund, Jixta refused a full return of my deposit, attempting to force a 30% cancellation fee or a small $50 credit.

Furthermore, their listed business address in Austin, TX (5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100) actually belongs to a third-party mail forwarding service (Lonestar Registered Agent LLC), which confirmed they have no connection to Jixta's operations. Highly misleading practices—proceed with caution.

Works good very bright

It took some time before I received my sign but when I got it, I see why! This company takes pride in their work and makes sure it is done exactly to the specifications of the customer. My sign was amazing!!

Emily was very helpful throughout our project and was patient with us as we had multiple questions and changes. We received our sign and it is absolutely perfect, exactly as promised. The shipping was also surprisingly quick. Thank you to the entire team at Jixta, give them a try if you’re in the market for a neon sign.

Sign was Beautiful! Great Service and quick return Highly recommended! Quite the Show Piece !

I saw this add on Instagram, I really didnt think it would be as amazing as this turned out, im actually in shock that this could be as cool as it is!!
The team at jixta really came through on this. It came as promised on time before an event we are having. This is the first time an Instagram actually delivered what was promised.
Thank you thank you! I wish the was more than 5 stars because this is a 20 out of 5!!!!

Great looking sign and it didn’t take long to get thanks again

Love the sign - it was delivered right on time - it's gorgeous and exactly what we were looking for.

i have not gotten the product yet would like my money back

The neon sign is really cool … everyone loves it. The sign came securely packed in perfect condition. Really nice!

Outstanding quality backdrop for our band. People are wowed by it.

I decided I really would like a neon light that was from a Salvador Dali painting the persistence of memory. So I was able to convert a picture and they were able to make it. it was so much better than I had even hoped. The process was very easy the price was very reasonable and I absolutely love it I have it on every day all day.
