Exceptional service. Everyone we spoke to at Jimmy’s was helpful, friendly, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. The car was absolutely fantastic. We were running late for our flight and Ryan even came to meet us at the drop and go terminal last minute so we didn’t have to park inside - 12/10 would highly recommend Jimmy’s. We’ll definitely be using them for our future trips.

Walked in to the depot in Sea Point and met Ryan who had us on the road inside 15 mins. Very easy complete the hire paperwork and pay online

We had to wait an hour to take delivery of the Jimny, even though a firm arrangement was made for a time of collection.

It was clear that there was no intention to meet us at the correct time. A lie was offered that it is 30 min late - but with 30 min past it was communicated it is in the wash bay.

Great way to start a holiday - standing in a parking lot if the airport waiting for an hour, because my time has no worth.

Drop off was no improvement

Easy process. Ryan was great at handover and handing back. He was willing to be contacted at any time during our stay if we needed to. I would book again.

Such an easy process, managed to book a car at 4.30pm and picked it up at 6pm.

The gent who helped me was Ryan. He was quite helpful and responsive. He even assisted me earlier than the booking time stated. Very flexible.

A very well-organized small car rental company that only offers Jimny's. We initially searched in vain for an office location in Seapoint, but it doesn't exist. Everything is done via the website and WhatsApp. The clear contract is created and signed online, and data and documents are uploaded online. Everything is quick and pragmatic, without unnecessary, time-consuming, and confusing paperwork. The handover of the vehicle and a brief introduction by Ryan took place at a gas station in Seapoint and was lightning fast, as everything had already been clarified in advance. Any further questions before and during the rental period were always answered quickly via WhatsApp. The Jimny is really fun to drive and is also not immediately recognizable as classic rental car in traffic. Returning the vehicle to the same location was just as quick and easy. All this at a very good and fair price. Highly recommended.

Communication about the booking from leading up to the pick up date, to the actual pick up and drop off date. The ease of making a booking and payment. Everyone is so helpful and responsive. Best car hire experience I've had.
