I am in the process of getting a refund via PayPal. Here is my experience with James Higgins. Below is My correspondence via paypal:
I have paid in total £30 to James Higgins for 3 spiritual readings and not received any of them. I've contacted him to ask if they could be resent to me but he doesn't answer, just keeps bombarding me with more emails and messenger messages to purchase more readings. I trusted him. I asked him to refund my £30 and he has now stopped inviting me to his site. Sad that I was scammed as I trusted him.

Hi Elle, I don't understand your dispute. Both of your readings have been sent to you already, you clearly haven't checked your junk folder. We did tell you to check your junk folder and look out for your emails. Please close this dispute, it isn't fair to say I've scammed you because we have proof that the readings have been done and sent to you.

I have checked my emails in-box and spam folders for the date and time that you aledgly sent this message and I don't have it. (Your proof could have been easily adapted)!
What about the other 2 readings I should have received. Can you forward these details too so I can check my emails?
All the free readings I watched you do, you gave names, times, dates, etc. I got none of that with the free readings. All I got was I was going to be rich with your guidance, that someone was putting curses on me and you were told their name and you had a message from my grandmother about a diary I should have received but you have never actually told me anything even although I have purchased 3 email readings to find this information out, as I haven't recieved any email readings. I feel you bullied me into purchasing VIP readings with the amount of messages you bombarded me with. If you want I can count how many emails and messenger messages you sent me each day!! That's not including all the invitations while you were live. I now feel gutted that you conned me by using the Deceased and God to get money from me. This is not the way to make a living. Building peoples hopes up and then letting them down. Please refund my £30 as you did not provide the service I paid for.

Hi Elle, as your emails have already been done, and sent to you - we can not issue a refund. Please be advised at this stage, you can contact our customer support, and we can resend your emails to a different email address if you are having issues with your email. Please be advised that if the disputes are not removed, we reserve the right to issue a CCJ to recover the funds for the services we have completed for you, so please close the disputes to avoid further escalation.

Blacklist the client, fraudulent transaction. Claiming they haven't received the reading even though they have been sent. Blacklist them.
The seller's sending you a full refund of £12.00 GBP.
Refund amount: £12.00 GBP

Awful and scammed. He worries you and makes u feel awful till u book. Will even call you names and be totally disrespectful too you if you do anything to question him or even call him on his B.S. and lies. You will never ever get what he promises in a reading! He never stops he keeps at you gets mean and then nice deadly cycle and will take your very last penny and be extremely happy about it.

I have had several live readings and email readings from James and all very spot on….. live readings you don’t pay for and James does them for free to help people he is an amazing person and should have five star all the way…. Kept asking for money I sent £10 then asked for more when I said no I have been bombarded with messages

Fraud, sends hundreds of messages a day bullying you to join lives getting you to share his page up to ten times to get a chance to be seen, he sends you to the same supposed live, don't pay for reading s he only sends you a one minute pre recorded message saying a family member is going to die then he continues saying your life is going to go down the pan if you don't book and pay again for him to unlock your reading.
Take a look at his life style he earns so much through scamming. Report and block and report and block, he sends you the tiny one min clip so you can't get your refund through PayPal he's the lowest of the low, don't waste your money scamming is all he's doing.

I have paid £40 in total and received nothing for it.He sends out the same message loads of times on his messenger.

Would give him 0 stars if I could. The reading I received could be for anybody a complete charlatan. I wish I had read these reviews first but he is so aggressive both with their sales tactics and communication. I have put a dispute in with PayPal and have been threatened with a county court judgement if I persist with the claim “ as previously stated, if the dispute isn't removed within 24 hours we will process a CCJ to recover the funds. If you wish to go to trading standards then that is your right. We will proceed with the CCJ without further communication at 4pm tomorrow afternoon if the dispute isn't removed.” He will not get the better of me

It’s a scam sent money twice for a reading and nothing tried to email but email bounced back. Scam sight !

I have lost £20 to this fraudster!
I understand from previous coments that he tells all the same 'stories,'.

I thought James was good at his craft. But I am disappointed in him. If you do not buy into his subscription he will delete you. To pay a fee weekly isn’t worth it. I live on a fixed income and it was hard. After awhile he would just keep repeating the same old stuff. Nothing new.

He SEEMED genuine and caring AT FIRST,I went on his LIVE shows,got read a couple of times,NAMES he said to me DIDN'T ring a bell to me,but OTHER things he said WERE TRUE.I PAID CANADIAN money TWICE,to continue hearing from my loved ones and messages they were DESPERATE to tell ME.In Canadian it cost me $20 TWICE.He says it's a FREE reading BUT IT'S NOT. I have been pleased with my readings and the information as been spot on . James obviously cares for his clients and I personally have felt his empathy in the readings . I have found some peace from his readings and had some very informative messages which certainly match some of my current worries.

have one question for you ,

Where do I find the link for my email invitation on my readings as I don’t see any links whatsoever so can’t book in . You can either send me a link via my email address. I don’t use messenger anymore . I have deleted all the James Higgins off my messenger too so you must have been wondering why you haven’t heard from me too .
