Fantastic service from start to finish. The pricing was very competitive, the turnaround was impressively quick, and the repair is flawless. They fixed a broken link in my rope chain, and I genuinely can't tell where it was repaired. If I didn't know which link had broken, I'd never be able to find it! It's like the break never happened. Excellent craftsmanship and a smooth, hassle-free service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely not worth the money. The quality of the workmanship was poor from the moment I received my jewellery. It was obvious that very little care or attention had gone into the piece and the work looked rushed and poorly finished. To make matters worse, my vintage jewellery fell apart after only a couple of days, which is completely unacceptable, especially considering I trusted them with something of sentimental value. Given the overwhelming amount of positive feedback, I expected a high standard of craftsmanship and service but the reality was the complete opposite. The quality was disappointing, the service was terrible and the entire experience was a waste of money. I would not recommend this business to anyone.

Update: before this review I emailed them “No worries, the dispute has been cancelled and settled. I’ve also decided to leave an honest review about my overall experience. Unfortunately, my vintage bangle has completely fallen apart because of whatever was done to it while it was in your care. It clearly wasn’t handled appropriately for a piece of its age, and it feels like no care or attention was given during the work. I’m not interested in a refund anymore. I’d rather leave a truthful review reflecting my experience so others know what to expect. The way my jewellery was returned and the condition it ended up in speaks for itself.”

After just a couple of hours, Trustpilot notified me that this business has already tried to get my review removed. That says everything about the kind of business they are more interested in silencing honest criticism than taking responsibility for their actions. Every word of my review is truthful. They’ve taken all of my money, left me with absolutely nothing but a mess of a jewellery piece and instead of addressing that they’re trying to hide the truth. That speaks volumes about their integrity.

The staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly! Was all such a nice and fast experience. I can’t thank them enough this necklace means alot to me and they did an incredible job ❤️

Did exactly what I needed at a very reasonable price, and timeframe. I would recommend these for any kind of jewellery repair, especially considering you don't have to leave your house apart from posting, which is still a massive bonus.

First Class! What can I say. I sent 3 rings off to be resized and too have stones replaced. I was kept informed,every step of the way of the way by Jasmine. I was nervous at first sending my jewellery to be repaired through the post,but it was so easy and Jasmine contacted me as soon as my jewellery was recieved by them. I have other items that need repairing and resizing and I won't hesitate to send them to Jason,Ken and Jasmine to take care of. Such a good experience and my rings look brand new!

I was very nervous about posting an inherited bracelet off to strangers but I have to say that Jasmine and the team put all my worries to ease. The whole process and pricing was easy and transparent and they did a fantastic job on my bracelet, you’d never know that the link they added wasn’t original! I will definitely recommend to others and return the next time I require a repair. The only thing I would add, entirely my own fault, is the bracelet was over 50 years old with a gorgeous patina but they (very kindly) cleaned the bracelet however I prefer patina on my jewellery for an aged look, so I’ll keep in mind to mention that next time I use you! :-)

From my initial contact with Jasmine, I felt completely at ease using Jewellery Repairs to fix my silver marcasite necklace. The service was easy from the start with the safe posting of my necklace to the regular communication. I felt that I was involved and listened to throughout the repair process. It's a nerve-wracking thing to put your jewellery in an envelope and post it to someone you've never met! However, the very detailed and organised, secure postal arrangement in place allayed my fears. Communication with Jasmine was excellent throughout the whole experience, always polite, courteous and considerate. All my queries were answered immediately and I was kept up to date at every stage.
