Reliable and trustworthy jewellery repair service
So great to find a fairly local independent jewellery repair service. Had two white gold rings which had dulled and another ring which had been broken. I was hesitant to send my rings to someone I didn't know, but when I got them back after a couple of weeks I was completely blown away by the results! All of the rings look brand new and the finishes on them all are perfect. The rings were returned really quickly and in protective packaging. Very impressed with the overall service!

I have used Carl twice now, first time to rhodium plate 2 rings, which looked like new when sent back to me & the second to get a ring setting changed. I am beyond pleased with my ring, Carl did an amazing job on it and the price was very good too. Can't recommend him highly enough!!

Great secure service!
I was concerned about sending expensive jewellery to an unknown person on the internet but I read the reviews and went for it! I sent an expensive diamond ring which had lost a small diamond and needed to be made bigger, a gold bracelet that needed a new clasp and a gold ring that had split due to wearing thin. Carl was great with comms - he confirmed receipt, gave me a price (in line with the prices on his website), carried out all the work to a great standard and returned them to me within 2 weeks by recorded delivery. I am delighted with the service and would definately use him again.

Gold ring repairs
Found this man on the internet when looking for someone to repair and resize my 2 rings. When I contacted Carl he quickly gave me an estimate for the work, which was very acceptable but also with the promise of a short delivery time. Rings arrived back after 2 weeks and they look like new. Really pleased with the results and highly recommend him and his work.

Great company , Superb work !!
This is the second time I have used this company and I’m thrilled with the work . This time Carl put a bale on what was part of a brooch so I could wear it as a pendant. He has done such a good job , and is so easy to deal with .
