Jesse got me into tea. If it weren’t for him, I don’t think I would have ever started gongfucha

The products are always high quality, and in the few instances of issues (I’ve bought a lot) the support team was very supportive and responsive.

Great teas. Like I said, I don’t buy from elsewhere so I can’t comment on pricing. It seems fine to me. I’m happy to pay to support someone who sets up their organization like Jesse does.

The content probably is a main selling point, along with consistent high quality. I absolutely enjoy my tea more with the information and recommendations put out by Jesse.

I received the resin tea sampler. The rose tea resins are really good. The second best one was the red tea. However, after successfully getting the aluminum wrapper off of the red tea resin the first time, which took a painfully long time to get off. I unsuccessfully was not able to get the wrapper off of the red tea resin the next two times and had to throw both of them away. For some reason, the red tea resin, although a nice drink, is too sticky and made it very hard to unwrap the foil off it. The other two pu'er teas, I'm not sure I'm spelling this right, were okay, but those resins, for some reason, had more of a difficult time dissolving completely than the red tea and rose tea resins. The resins are a neat concept, but Jesse's Teahouse really needs to figure out how to make these resins easily accessible. It was very frustrating.

My problem with jesse's tea house is his upscaling of his prices. I have found several of his items on many websites for cheaper than he has them listed for. Although is upscale prices are not incredible outrageous it still adds up at the end of the day when buying tea. What sucks is it is already hard to get teas to the west without spending hours looking for legit sellers, and knowing what to look for. But having a big creator ship his cups that can be found on aliexpress for cheaper is disappointing.
