The jerseys I received are not the jerseys I ordered. When I first placed the order, I received notification in 2 days that the jerseys had been shipped from Jamaica, NY. And then nothing. I waited over two weeks and contacted customer support. They did respond within a day and told me to be patient. Finally after about 3 weeks the wrong jerseys arrived. I’m concerned about returning them because it will take at least another month.

Extremely Frustrating Experience – Beware!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Jersey Teams World has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others.
After nearly two months of emailing back and forth and sending over 20 messages, I still have not received the resolution I was promised. Their replies are mostly automatic, generic responses that don’t follow the conversation or address my actual concerns.
They eventually admitted they made an error with my order and even offered to correct it by issuing a refund — but they never followed through. Weeks later, I am still waiting for my money back.
As for the product itself, the jerseys are not true to size. They run very small, exactly as many other customers have mentioned in their negative reviews. Unfortunately, I learned this the hard way and now agree 100% with those warnings.
Save yourself the hassle — poor communication, broken promises, and misleading sizing make this a business I cannot recommend.

The jersey was very small
The jersey was very small. We are trying to send it back, but after six emails….we still haven’t found out how to send it back in the US. Very disappointing. We will never order from them again.
* Just so you know that the response below from them just arrived (several weeks after all of this)… Two weeks ago, I got an email stating that you cannot return the product for it being the wrong size. It can only be returned if it has a defect and you can show photos to prove it. Do not order from this company. We are out 90 something dollars with a jersey that doesn’t fit.
