Always a pleasure to deal with Jepsons. Great service, prompt delivery, good price.

Jepsons is one of the few businesses in England who offer great prices and service throughout the UK. No rip-off delivery costs because of your postcode.
They also stock some of my favourite clothing brands and have never let me down. They'll also communicate if there's any stock problem....and even altered a pair of trousers for me so they'd fit.

I have shopped with Jepsons a few times o line & their service has always been excellent.
They keep you well informed regarding the delivery.
The packaging is always top notch with everything wrapped individually.
On the rare occasion of needing to return an item, Jepson’s staff/customer service are brilliant & the process is easy & the refund actioned very promptly.

Fantastic website! After being let down by Gant website for some socks, I managed to track them down on this website. They had a fantastic selection with all sizes in stock. Very disappointed with this company after first time of ordering. Ordered a pair of Barbour sandals and need to return them as one strap shows signs of obvious wear compared to the other. Sent photos and emails but no responce. Called the store but permanently engaged. Not good service.

I can only guess it was unfortunate timing when you tried to call as we have had no issues with our phone line.
I can assure you that all of our items are brand new. I'm not sure how a strap on one of the sandals could show wear, unless it came from the manufacturers that way as size 8's are not used for display, rarely tried on which is why they were half price in the sale.
However we will of course resolve the situation if you attempt to send photos to our email or start at return request via our website.

Hi Rosie. I can assure you that the email with photo was sent to the above, correct email address and therefore, bemused at you not being able to conveniently find. In addition, I have called at various times throughout today, Thursday 21st Aug, to no avail as no response, which is surprising and disappointing if as you suggest, no issues with lines and sufficiently manned to accept customer service queries!
