I'm trying to use Jenny's course called The $1.59 Book Ad Formula. I can hear Jenny speaking as long as her face is on camera. However, each time she shares her screen the voice is very soft at my computer's loudest setting and I cannot hear or understand her. Also, each time I move to a new lesson, I have a terrible time getting the lessons to start. Am I doing something wrong? I can't learn if I can't hear her. Please help! If I can't hear the instructions, I just need my money back please.

I’ve really been enjoying this course. What stood out to me is that it doesn’t just show what’s selling, it helps you understand why products work and how to create something better for the customer experience long term.

The training was clear, practical, and easy to follow, and it gave me the confidence to finally take action. Since going through her programs, I’ve published many books and learned valuable skills that have helped me grow as a self-publisher. I’m am thoroughly enjoying the kit and have now published 4 journals. First one was rejected (didn’t bother me 😁) and the next three were accepted. I’m currently working on another journal and a coloring book! This stuff is addictive 😂. Even if I never sell any, I have designed journals that I can use. I’m a journal addict 🤪. I’ve learned a lot about descriptions and subtitles and how to make them appealing.

Bait and Switch and More Deceit and Lies from this experience

I initially purchased the $33 course with a clear and practical goal: to learn how to properly format and upload my book through KDP. That is how the program is presented, and at that stage I needed guidance on margins, interior layout, and the upload process to correct prior mistakes.

To be fair, I did find value in the $33 course. I described it as “great information” because it provided basic formatting guidance and helped me better understand how to prepare a book for upload.

Based on that experience, I moved forward and purchased the $997 course, which was presented as a next-level program offering more advanced instruction and deeper publishing knowledge.

Given that representation, I reasonably expected a clear progression beyond the foundational material provided in the $33 course.

After purchasing the $997 course, I spent time reviewing the content carefully to identify what additional value it offered. That is a normal and reasonable step when evaluating a higher-level program.

However, I was unable to identify any meaningful difference.

The $997 course did not provide a substantive advancement beyond the $33 course. Instead, it largely repeated the same material and focus, including low-content topics such as puzzles, journals, and basic formatting instruction. In practice, it felt like a continuation of the same content rather than a true next-level program.

In addition, engagement and support appeared to be inconsistent. While some interactions received responses, direct questions regarding process, structure, and content were not addressed in a way that allowed for clarity or progress.

The issue is not with the $33 course itself, which served its purpose at a basic level.

The issue is that the $997 course was presented as a significantly more advanced step, and it did not deliver the level of content, structure, or progression that would reasonably be expected from such a program.

Based on this experience, I am raising concerns regarding how the course progression is represented and the value delivered relative to what is presented at the time of purchase.

I truly cannot wait for the day investigative reporters like Jeff Rossen ( because we sent everything, we had to them, not just you but the other scamming Low life's that took advantage, )expose what is happening in the vanity-publishing industry and the people who profit from authors who trusted them. And sites like yours

I will never forget how I was treated, what I was told, or what was represented to the finance company. You may think people eventually give up and disappear. Some of us didn’t.

And here’s the part I find almost funny: five of us who had terrible experiences with companies like yours went on to start our own publishing company. We help people without taking advantage of their dreams or constantly looking for the next dollar.

Our books are now selling around the world—and I’m not talking about pumping out low-content books just to inflate a catalog. We are writing, creating, publishing, and learning the industry ourselves.

And none of that success came from anything you taught us.

Between the five of us, we may very well surpass what you have earned in this industry. But there is one enormous difference:

We can be proud of how we earned it.

You may have taken our money, wasted our time, and damaged our trust, but you did not stop us.

If anything, you gave us a very clear example of exactly what kind of publishing company we never wanted to become.

I have enjoyed all the products. I love computer work and so I have been busy making books. I have completed over 30 in 4 weeks. Just plugging along. I especially liked the trivia course. I have published 5 so far and plan to do many more. I appreciate all the time and effort you put into everything. I started ads yesterday and had 2 clicks with 1 sale (on a trivia book).
