Love the ingredients and the flavors are top notch. The last jar was more like a thick syrup. It was very thin and runny. Even after refrigeration, not spreadable, just runny.

Love, love, love your products! I’m constantly sharing your company with friends around the world and have even sent them samples… they can’t believe the incredible quality and flavor! I first discovered your brand a few years ago by chance when my daughter visited Bend, Oregon with a friend and brought home your almond butters from a local farmers market. I’ve been hooked ever since and buy the bulk size tubs because we go through it that fast 😊

I love Jem Butters so much that I tracked them down across the country. We order online so that we always have a jar in our pantry shelf. My niggle is that the company sometimes takes a while to fulfill our orders or respond to questions. Definitely worth it though.

the product is great, but the shipping cost is too high

Anyone who sampled the Cashew Cardamon Almond Butter at our family reunion was blown away!! Several of them said “they didn’t see they this burst of delicious flavor coming” !! Some loved putting it in their oatmeal… others put it on celery for a snack or put it on crackers for a salty sweet treat… What a Hit at our reunion… It’s so delish, flavorful and gives you a quick energy boost… And it’s organic, too!!

Have been using your products for a while. Have one of my friends hooked on it.

I love these nut butters but unfortunately have had mostly poor experiences with the online store. My first order attempt was said to be delivered but I didn't receive it. I wrote customer service several times but they deferred to USPS and would neither consider a reimbursement nor a replacement order. Maybe this is the norm but it surprised me from a customer experience standpoint, and seems like a missed opportunity for customer loyalty. Surprisingly I tried one more time. I did receive my second order successfully, but it arrived much later than I anticipated. When you select the shipping type online, all that's listed is the days to ship. Ground shipping was listed as 3 business days. I would not have anticipated it to take 6 business days to process before it even ships. I would prefer more transparency at check out around estimated time of arrival.

The product is amazing! It was initially a gift and we loved it so much we bought a jar for each of our 3 adult children. Everyone loves it and can’t help but eat it by the spoonful!

Hands down best almond butter people around! I bought this for my oatmeal topper and had to just let it be its own Star ⭐️ all by itself! Just give me a gold spoon and a tub of this almond butter - the cardamom brings it to another level! Thank you

There doesn't seem to be much respect for customers at this company. It took three weeks for them to ship my order, in disregard to the "2-3 business days maximum" turnaround time that they indicate on their website. My emails to check on the order status went unanswered for 10 days, nor did they answer the phone when I called. They finally responded to my 4th message with an excuse that my email went to spam.

The shipment arrived with one item missing and a note saying it was backordered, though they hadn't mentioned that in the email and the order status page showed both items had been delivered. There was also no estimated timeline for the backordered item. Since I had no trust left, I canceled the remaining item.

My purchase was meant to be a birthday gift, so I'm disappointed to have let down my friend.

Didn't received the product. Nothing. No customer service response.

Have not received this package and I ordered it on December 24th!
