Ordered some Rigid ditch lights from them and had them wrapped and stored for a project. Thinking we were going to use them we tossed the original box. We ended up never using them and took pictures for the return prior to sending them. No scratches on the lights at all. They saw the pictures and had me (at MY cost) mail them for a return as they said they would return them. Waited over a week for any noise from them. Contacted them asking how long it would be (I know after xmas returns can be awful). Received an email the next day saying they were missing a washer ($.20? max) and there were scratches (again, sent pictures - with no scratches- which they okayed and told me to send them back). Let Rigid Industries know the companies name (sadly they couldn't do anything as we did not buy the lights from them but said if there was anything faulty with it they would handle the warranty). Not happy at all as we paid to have them shipped after they had seen the pics and said to send them to them. No phone number to call to try and actually talk to anyone regarding this or to request reimbursement for shipping.

This company sent me a broken part, then through extremely poor a slow communication, they have a loophole to deny warranty.
I’m stuck with a broken part now and a huge hole in my vehicle.
They should be ashamed of the way their customer service department takes care of consumers.

I’m now having the buy the same item twice just so I can have one that’s functioning. $500 turned in to $1000 because this company doesn’t care for us.

I ordered what I thought was going to be a stainless steel catalytic converter system for over 650 dollars. the photo showed what appeared to be a polished or near polished system. What i got was what i saw on otheer sites for hundreds less and it has welding stains everywhere. also, when I place a magnet close to the pipes and the cats, it sticks harder than on regular steel. I understand that some stainless steel will develop some magnetic attraction when it is formed into shape but this doesn't seem to be the case here.So I don't even think this unit is even stainless steel at all. I also requested info on the type of stainless that this system actually is and so far no answer to me question.

I recently bought a tonneau cover for my ford Maverick from them. They were several hundred dollars less expensive than every other website for the exact same product and they had free shipping. I ordered on a Wednesday night and the piece delivered to me by Friday. I live in CA and they seem to be in NV. So as far as I can say they are amazing.

Fake company. No customer service phone number. I emailed them several times asking them why my order hadn’t shipped. No one ever responded & the order was cancelled with no explanation. Definitely avoid them. Time wasters.

No inventory and no understanding of stock? I just do not get some people and their reviews. My experience with JeepandTruckParts was seamless. I ordered a rear ADD bumper for my Ram TRX. Not only was it in stock but the price was less than their competitors. Free shipping and no tax just sweetened the deal. I ordered the bumper the Thursday before Thanksgiving(2022)and it arrived at my door the following Monday afternoon and I live on the western edge of the Ozark Mountains! I have nothing but accolades for this transaction. It really could not have gone better!

Showed one 37x13.50r20 Toyo Open Country M/T in stock and so I ordered it. 1 hour later these clowns email me saying they don't have any stock and cancelled my order. Stay away from this company!
