My concern is that having joined I was immediately suspended due to a glitch. This prevented me access on a quiet day as a new member. Not a best first impression. Now resolved. Needs a number to call out of hours

I am excited to be a member of JD
JD staff in Stoke-on-Trent are very cheerful and accommodating.
But up till now nobody is ready to put my wife and i through on how to use those machines. The guy we were connected with is not responding to our messages as he asked us to message him that he will give us the date he will train us. Thanks

Thanks for the review. The cleaning stations in our gyms have been removed. These were first introduced during the pandemic when Government restrictions required us to do so.
Since all restrictions were lifted some time ago, we have been gradually returning to our normal operations, with the cleaning stations being one of the last remaining measures. We have however, provided extra bottles of sanitiser around the gym and we do encourage our members to bring in their own towel to clean off the equipment after use.
Alongside this, we also have cleaners in the gym who frequently clean the equipment and work to ensure a high standard is maintained. If you do notice any equipment needs a wipe down, please let a member of staff know.

No changing open after 10.00pm I came…
No changing open after 10.00pm I came straight from work to your gym only to find the changing room closed at 10.00 pm so could not change into my gym wear had to work out in my work clothes witch was not ideal and could not shower after my work out witch i was very disappointed about just rejoined but seriously thinking about cancelling my membership with you

We are a 24-hour gym in Stoke, but due to there being less staff on duty throughout the night, areas which are not covered by CCTV are closed t for the safety of our members (i.e. the main changing rooms and saunas).
We do however leave the accessible changing room open at all times, as well as there being lockers for you to use. If you need to get changed or grab a shower during the night, that option is there for you and you'll have complete privacy in there.

No changing rooms in unstaffed hours. How can you shower/get changed?
Should be able to access changing rooms at all times even if it’s using a code

Recently joined as it’s gone 24hrs
Recently joined as it’s gone 24hrs. Issue is that the showers are not. They don’t open till 6am. Often when people go to the gym really early or late, the are going to or coming from work so access to showers is important

Charged Twice……still awaiting refund
Was charged twice for my intital fee and after contacting the gym direct and also the general enquiries, it’s still not sorted.
The gym itself is fine.
Just customer service off to a bad start….

The gym is good but could be better
The gym is good, however a few more abs machines would be good. Also the car park is way too small for the number of people using it at peak times.
Also the wi fi needs improving.
