Best gym in our local area, absolutely love it. Excellent, friendly and helpful staff and members. The service is very good, the managers are great. Christain is friendly, knowledgeable and supportive personal trainer. Robert always doing his job very well and he is friendly, supportive and kind. JD gym has many equipment, it is always clean.

First time coming and loved it! Alex was fantastic and attentive. Can’t wait to continue!

JD GYM & Harry/staff @ Stockton on the tees , are awesome. Excellent facility with everything I need to get a workout in. Prefer this gym to my gym back home.

Friendly staff, great working equipment and welcoming atmosphere

Joined the gym as was great location , use to have a great selection of classes to choose from but no offer very little in choice, surrounding gyms have a selection of different classes to suit a wider audience and gym prices very competitive. Have spoken regarding this but seems to fall of deaf ears as nothing gets resolved so basically if you like body pump or combat your all good. The X-FIT classes became so irregular that they then became non exsistant so i would try something else to fill that time in and again find that that class would be cancelled or taken off and yip you guessed it put yet another body pump class on, some days all it offers is body pump or combat and all managers off on a Wednesday so no instructors to do any other activity, this is all the while putting not long back the gym membership up. Not good enough JD get it sorted before your loyal members find a gym with more selection of classes. Don't get me wrong i personally enjoy body pump but need something different also. I know you will be working to a budget and waiting on January for all new starters but we all know these people who start in January have normally tailored off by the end of February, again leaving your loyal customers without a variety of choice.

I joined the gym earlier this year & absolutely love it. There’s plenty of equipment even when really busy in evenings & the staff are always helpful and friendly. This evening I had a query & Avnish went out of his way to find out the answers for me. Top guy at a top gym!

Excellent gym, friendly staff and members. Been working with a PT called Avnish who's really helped with my recovery from injury, strength training and looking at my nutrition to drop some body fat. Takes the time to listen and understand your needs and not just dole out generic advice and plans.

Love this gym very clean good mixture of equipment, very clean, and helpful staff the cleaning team never stop especially the woman with silver hair would recommend this gym definitely

This is by far the best gym in the north east, the staff are so friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness of this gym is outstanding, the cleaning lady Michelle does the most thorough job and is the most lovely friendly person, so many people have commented to me on how professional she is at her job ⭐️

Helpful staff, wide range of exercise machines easily accessible with little waiting time. Immaculately clean always. The only gym I’ve managed to stay with for longer than a few weeks.
