Changing room is a bit small. A sanitary water dispenser is missing. They currently have a water tap, which others can drink from it directly despite the sign asks to fill bottles only. Paper towels... Zobacz więcej

I've never really stepped foot in a gym…
I've never really stepped foot in a gym before so I had no idea what to do or expect. I had an induction with Shannon on Monday who put me straight at ease. She was so friendly and took the time to take me through a full body workout, she also made sure to do this without letting me touch a cardio machine as she knew thats where my anxiety wanted me to disappear to. Shannon honestly filled me with so much confidence just in that one interaction. Otherwise, a great gym with plenty of facilities and a great price!

Nice gym however I felt a bit lost…
Nice gym however I felt a bit lost walking in for the first time. No obvious place to ask for staff help and it would be good to be able to book classes. The hairdryers also do not work in the womans changing room.

Reason for two star is most of the…
Reason for two star is most of the instruments are broken and it takes long time to fix. The one which are working have issue with pulleys, wires etc i donot find they are maintained properly. Most of the machines are missig weight stopper always have to borrow from other machines. Most of the cycles as well doesnt have the adjuster which makes them useless. Toilets are brokeen from long time but no fix and it smell like a public toilet same with bathroom
In short the complete gym need high maintenance activities else going to loose customers.

There are some issues with supply of certain parts at the moment and it's out of our hands, but we're working very hard behind the scenes to get back to our exceptional turnaround times. Ordinarily, we pride ourselves on getting any equipment issues fixed quick smart! We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused, but please rest assured, this won't continue to be a problem long term.

Only issue is that there is too much cardio taking up too much room and there could be more machine weights.

Just joined back
Just joined back. Missed out on the Boxing Day offer. Prices are competitive.
Did find it inconvenient that the water machine out of order.
There were no blue rolls to wipe down machines for a good few days
There was also 2 rowing machines not working.

Showers unclean
No issues with the gym itself but the female changing room showers smelled strongly of what I can only describe as stale urine. Hope this is a one off experience and not a regular occurance as I really like the gym in general.

Not Meeting Expectations
I've only recently joined (8th January 2023) and every time I've tried to get into your Glasgow South gym the QR code hasn't worked. Even resorting to the numeric code to try and gain access hasn't been trouble free. It clouds the whole experience from the very beginning and doesn't make for a positive start to a workout.

Great gym overall, just got to be more aware of broken equipment
Overall experience has been great since joining the gym 2 weeks ago.
The only reason that I did not give 5 stars is the fact there there seems to be a lot of equipment getting broken that does not have any 'out of order' sign or anything on it.
i.e, went to use rowing machines, 2 were spare, out of those 2, one was broken where you put your foot so it was unusable, the other had a broken screen.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Terrible
The gym is too small with racks/machines crammed in, no floor space to train. No PTs willing to help or show me around. No row or air bike actually worked. Will not be back! Would not recommend to anyone to join.

What a great gym with lots of equipment, helpful staff and clean and well maintained sauna and changing rooms. Very happy with my decision to join.

The gym/equipment is very congested..
The weight machines are very congested and have a lot of wear on them.
A lot has been thrown around the gym with very little accessibility unlike some other gyms in the area.
