I used Airbnb to book a house in Kingston, London. I arrived at the house to find, tea and coffee available with the house beautifully clean and warm. The house was very comfortable and clean, inside and out so I couldn’t fault the service we received.
Additionally the communication with the company was exemplary.
I will be using them again and staying at the same house.

Unfortunately have to live next to one of their properties. Just endured two months of screaming and aggressive yelling going on at all hours. Rubbish is piled in front garden, bins overflowing (this week bin man kindly emptied relevant bin following complaint to council). Now have rats because of heap of food waste and packaging. Fence adjacent to other neighbour is falling dangerously into their garden. Have both complained to management who make promises then do nothing. It has taken a long search to find who is responsible for the property as the platforms it is advertised on deny any responsibility for the bookings. Fortunately this set of nightmare tenants have just left (but not their rubbish). They have been the second behaviourally antisocial tenants since the summer when jdfproperty took on the property. Interestingly on publication of similar review on another site the management company got the owner of the house to publish a glowing review of their management, Did at least remove the rubbish after one set of short term tenants were not happy and neither was incoming tenant.

Fraudulent and unscrupulous. I tried to book an apartment through Booking.com and thought i had paid. I then received an email informing me that payment had nor been made and i needed to book on the organisation's platform. I did so and it took me ages. And then received a requirement to fill in a contract that was illegible and upload a picture in order for me to be allowed into the premises. They asked for more and more personal information including a picture of me and my date of birth. I requested my money be returned immediately but it was refused . this is a fraudulent fishing scam stealing money on false pretences. Do not have anything to do with JDF tours. They will try to offload the issue by claiming the wrong organisation, but someone definitely took my money and if it were not them they need to investigate whom they are working with as theft was the clear agenda; my money was never refunded and I was blamed for that.

Do not use this for the Reading 4 story townhouse. Booked using booking.com and it was a disaster. The house was unsafe, nothing like the pictures.
The security is not acceptable & the front door is not secure.
The bedding was dirty, with hairs and suspect stains.
The overall condition of the property was poor. Fortunately booking.com refunded my 2 weeks stay, however I still was charged cleaning fees (laughable really) and a 1 night stay.
We did not even stay 1 night in the end.
Not safe for kids either.

Rethink your plans!

At first we didn’t get it (their M.O.). But we’re so pleased that we did sign up with JDF. They simply sort everything out for us, and almost our only involvement is to note the payment into our bank account every month (a huge improvement on the way we operated before). And not only do they care for our properties, but they even keep the neighbours happy too. That’s quite something. We’ve recommended JDF to other Landlords, and are keen do so again, whenever we can. These people are serious professionals.

i have know Jordan and the team at JDF a very long time, both personally and professionally.
the properties are kept in top condition and the communication between the property owner, JDF and the guest are seamless. i would have no hesitation in recommending JDF to either perspective guests or potential landlords looking to make the most out of their property.

Have been using Jordan and the team for nearly 2 years now and have always been super impressed with the proffesionalism, on time payments, bookings and just overall ease as a landlord using their services. Bookings have been great and more than we had with a previous managment company, payments and data is shared same time on time every month. Very happy, have other properties with them now and more being given to them in the coming 6 months. Highly recommended.

JDF property have been managing our property for over a year and have been doing an excellent job. Everytime I visit the property it is in top notch condition and any info requested from Jordan is provided in minutes. Very impressive.

I can’t praises Jordan and his team highly enough. They have looked after our property for 8 months and we have had no issues whatsoever. Jordan is always on hand to answer any questions quickly and efficiently, and is always able to make himself available if required. We tenanted the property for 4 years privately but this model of renting our property has proved to be much less hassle and offered greater peace of mind as we live out of area. Highly recommend!

I switched from a different management company to this one, and I can say these guys definitely provide a better service! Communication is great and they are always available to answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended!
