been on suppressa drops a week now & absolutely no difference, even bought the super slim gummies, still useless, sorry John but these are just money making gimmicks, ...if its too good to be true.. you either pay for the good reviews (& delete the bad) or i have a dodgy batch, again just being honest

Amazing products as always even when I first started John contacted me via Instagram and asked what I was hoping for via results. And gave great guidance. I have also found that all my products many different that I have ordered have been amazing. On one occasion they sent me the wrong supplement from a stack and I emailed them a day later the correct item arrived. This company are amazing all is third party tested also so you know what your getting. I would highly recommend.

I’m on day two of taking the Suppressa drops, and I can honestly say I’ve already noticed a huge improvement. I’ve struggled with overeating, constant snacking, eating out of boredom, and craving chocolate — but that’s all started to change completely. I had been considering ordering weight loss injections from an online pharmacy, but I decided against it due to the potential health risks. I’m so glad I chose to try this product instead! I've been using Joint by JC sports Nutrition for around 2 months now. I've been super impressed with my recovery and how my joints feel using it. My a very active person and this supplement is brilliant. I cannot recommend JC highly enough. Great price and customer service and my go to supplement brand. If you've not tried them give them a go. I was first introduced to the supplements through John and his 121 coaching. I've been taking Test+ regularly for 2 years and it's great, I really notice a difference in energy. Ive recently tried the new Creatine cubes and again, they're great post training. Throughout the last couple of years I've used many of John's supplements and they're all good - from the vitamins, the heart health, ozem etc.
Last but not least JC Whey has the best flavours on the market. Love the cookies and cream, vanilla, the chocolate actually tastes of chocolate!
The website is easy to use and subscription service is great. You get reminders of when it's being charged etc. You can build your own stacks or order one of John's recommended ones.

After struggling with my weight for years and exhausting all avenues I was so close to paying hundreds on the injection and I’m so glad I stumbled across JC nutrition. I was sceptical at first but desperate to try anything and I’m so glad I did. The suppressa capsules are INSANE!! No nasty side effects, no mid day crash and I can’t believe in the matter of a week my relationship with food has changed completely. No snacking and smaller portion sizes I already know these are going to change my life, literally the best decision I’ve made and a super quick 2 day delivery.

Ozem does not work at all. I used Mounjaro before for 3 months and it worked great and got to my goal. I am controlling my weight now but thought after reading the claims on this that I would try the Ozem to help control food intake but it does nothing at all. I do not feel at all full while eating and it does not stop cravings. Luckily I am able to control it myself most of the time. This though was no help. Very disappointed, thought was too good to be true with he claims. There was no leaflet inside explaining ingredients and use, and potential side effects etc. Just minimal details on the box, there was no measurement visible on the pippet just 4mg dose written on the box which apparently is two full poppers after I had to ask via email. Update, I got a refund for the unopened bottle but the other part used nothing. They changed the name now to Suppressa drops! And I'm sure they are the same rubbish that does not work. Be carefull, how can you trust anything from this company! I won't be!

Update re answer : absolute nonsense reply, after 10 days it was given adequate time to see any difference whatsoever. The claim you made on this rubbish were not met in any way or form. I didn't expect it to be any miracle thing at all but hoped some of your claims would be real. I have no confidence in any of your products in view of this. I've had shilajit and other items from suppliers and I would not take a chance on yours. Others can take a chance but since this Ozem rubbish which you have now changed name of not surprisingly I won't be chancing any more.

Great company! Very quick answers to questions and product recommendations. A regular user of several of their supplement range now. Fast delivery as well.

Been using these products for a while, they really do what it says, the Ozem Drops and gummies really helped me with cravings, I took drops in the morning early and didn't feel hungry at all, then later on 5 pm ish had the gummies, ive had few different products too off John, really good, answered all my queries very professional and honest guy, Thanks John I will be ordering again 👍

Great advice and guidance across the entire range. Really quick delivery and customer service. The new Suppressa+ capsules which were previously Ozem+ are the equivalent of a “cheat code” for supporting weight loss and cancelling out any cravings. I would highly recommend.
