Wow what can I say the watch I bought…

Wow what can I say the watch I bought came the next day of purchace, I tried to find any slight fault but it was flawless, genuine watch where if I was to buy it at an high street store would cost me 400 more

Quick and Efficient Service

I had ordered a watch from the website during Christmas time and it arrived really fast. Sadly the watch did not suit me, but returning the parcel was the easiest thing ever. JB Watches provided the returns sticker (free of charge!) within a few hours of the request. I only had to wait a couple of days for my refund too. It was unfortunate about the watch itself, but i am still very happy with the service.

My parcel was supposed to be deleived…

My parcel was supposed to be deleived on 4.1.20 and I have a email saying it was deleived and I still haven't received my item I'm not happy as my partner got it me as a birthday present

Good

Watch came well packaged and protected and is a legitimate product, only problem is delivery took longer than I would have expected. (8 days instead of 2-5)

Ordered a MK Mens watch and it was…

Ordered a MK Mens watch and it was delivered as informed on the order. The item was exactly as shown on the pictures and excellent customer service without speaking to them as I was kept updated throughout my order until it was received.
Excellent online shopping experience, will definitely be shopping with them for the unforseen future.
