Ordered the 16 piece zoa pack and completely wasted my time, I received duplicate frags (6 to be precise), the zoas seem to be struggling compared to ones I have bought elsewhere (but we could split hairs on that all day).

Jon was nothing but unhelpful and I’m bored of chasing him for a solution.

I wouldn’t advise using JBS Marines to anyone.

Corals arrived today, all healthy, plus one bonus coral. Heat pack was still warm. Very pleased with the corals, nice size, thank you. I have ordered from here in the past and had no issues, excellent communication.

Unfortunately I can only give one star . My first time ordering from here and not a happy experience . My order was not correct and when I received it , I emailed to be told I got what I ordered !!! (Gorilla nipple zoa ). On the website it clearly is blue with a yellow centre I received green with orange centre . I suggested he takes a look and change the incorrect information on the website . I have not heard anything back in regards to rectifying this issue or a apology for the mix up . Will not be using this business again . Shame as I have a very large aquarium and would of been spending plenty of my money with them .

Terrible company avoid at all cost. Order arrived with mostly different than ordered frags. Contacted company and communication isn't an issue at all. Emails back and forth with vigour, promises to send correct order and make right however the trouble is nothing arrived and was met with untold waffle via those emails. The zoa frags that I did recieve basically all melted and the blasto for £25 was so small you couldn't even guess it was a blasto. Stupidly yes stupidly as they show a vast range of corals at cheap prices they appear on Google search for many coral searches conducted so a year or more later I ordered again. No idea if I got what I ordered as zoas arrived so small they don't open and just melt, the two from ten that did order are basically the same zoa and not what I ordered at all. Yet again contacted company making note of previous messed up order and again great communication, promises to make right even throwing in better corals and yet again absolutely nothing arrives. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Never ever again will I order from this terrible company and I advice you not either. Anyone giving more than 1 star must not know there corals or are fake reviews.

I literally no longer need to use anyone else. Excellent communication, fantastic quality and timely well packaged products. Prompt responses and Jon Boyes works hard to order in what you request. Extremely happy all round with this service. Plus the twice weekly online bidding adds extra fun. Extremely pleased and I cannot recommend enough!

Ordered Corals a while back, Royal mail shipment was delayed due to bad weather. Corals all died. No fault of JBS.

JBS advised they'd ship replacement corals, I had to repeatedly chase up JBS. It took nearly 3 months till the replacement corals arrived. I was ignored, Very poor communication. I have no issues with the corals but JBS let themselves down with their very poor customer management. I'd rather pay more for corals elsewhere than go through this headache again.

Be very wary ordering from this company. I ordered from them for the first time approx. a dozen zoa frags frags. Had to chase the delivery date a few times as they never contacted me themselves. Eventually received my order and was surprised by the size of the polyps. I would describe them as very juvenile. I acclimated them as you should and regardless 7 of them melted away and I was left with empty plugs. I assume because of their size the shock of transport etc. was too much for them. Contacted them and expressed my dissatisfaction in a polite way and they eventually agreed that they would replace them. Over several weeks never heard anything and emailed them multiple times to remind them of the agreement to which I received "yes, yes we know, we're just very busy right now, we'll be in touch" each time after I heard nothing and to be honest now I have lost my patience with them. I would not normally leave reviews like this, but to be honest after this experience I am left with no choice. It seems others have faired similarly!

Ordered multiple times from JBS Marines. Brilliant corals for sale and also brilliant shipping and communication!

Ordered from them last year and there was a couple of hiccups but the corals were ok so i decided to order some more, placed an order in july on the website for several corals and a few other bits, i hadn't heard from them after 4 days regarding shipping (they say they will email to arrange dates) so i emailed and a shipping date was confirmed (they claimed to of emailed me about the shipping) the corals arrived (zoa's and goniopora) out of the 16 zoa frags 10 were that small you could hardly see the single polyp on the plug, the goniopora still hadn't come out after a few days and upon closer inspection is just the skeleton nearly all the zoa's have now melted, i've purchased zoa's from other places and they have all been perfect healthy polyps. I would tread with extreme caution when purchasing from them because what you see isn't always what you get.

Ordered a bunch of corals a while ago, he sent what was supposed to be a two headed acan which only turned out to have one head that was dying, a completely wrong coral, didn’t include a frag rack which I bought. Asked for refund just for the frag rack and never received it. The Zoas where the only thing that was actually good.
Buy with caution

Brought about 10 different zoas from these guys.

Pretty good to be fair, sprouting after a few weeks and colours seem accurate under equivalent lighting.

Great service while establishing possible change of delivery address.

Heat pad still warm and well packaged.

Also free pot of zoa food included which all my coral seem to love.

A couple did come of the frags perhaps due to transit but nothing my own fragging skills couldn't handle. Placed in low flow part of fudge and waited to attach to something. Great fun lol.

Just placed an order of 19 hard coral frags, will see how this turns out.

Thumbs up so far and definitely the best prices.

Five stars to this company for service and understanding. We had some problems with Zoanthids becoming unstuck and getting lost in the first few days. He replaced them all with no quibbles from quite a sizeable order saying that he'd prefer me to be fully satisfied over anything else. Outstanding these days.
