I would not give this company any stars. I saw an item that I really liked and ordered it. It arrived totally looking different to the picture. I questioned this with the company by email I have also requested a refund and information on how to return the item. The company have totally ignored me their customer service is crap. Avoid!!!

Jayley is an amazing boutique with fabulous pieces. I have bought countless coats, jackets & tops from them over the last few months. Their one off pieces are fantastic, so different to any other boutique. The quality of all their items is exceptional.

I love this cardigan. Went to Sweden for a city break and received lots of positive comments even from airport security lady ! Bright vibrant colours , and added bonus of a NHS discount.

I had high hopes and high expectations for this company, they failed miserably!
The customer service is apar with China
I ordered a bag came within seven days, ordered a second bag it never arrived. Ordered a third it arrived within a week.
I ordered a 4th it never arrived.
I contacted the company numerous times requesting tracking details and they ignored ALL my messages.
I had to contact PayPal to get my money back.
I will NEVER shop with them again, it's hit or miss on delivery. The company is below par . Shop with caution , I'd say they're in it for the money!!

Love everything I ordered from Jaley!

I heard amazing things about this company and their clothes look absolutely stunning. I should have seen it as a red flags that I heard all of these amazing things from influencers on tiktok who all seemed to have 'paid partnership' labels.

Bear in mind this site is not cheap. Looking at the pictures on the website the clothes look great quality so I ordered myself a faux fur coat. When it arrived it instantly did not look like the photo. The colours were so dull and I know it was faux fur but it just felt really plasticy.

I then ordered a pink and white scarf at least I think it was white. It had tassels at each end and they were tinted with grey/beige and it almost looked dirty.

The final thing is honestly laughable. I ordered the most adorable looking heart-shaped handbag. I thought it was so cute I had to have it but when it arrived I was stunned. It was literally a heart shape with a handle, and a zip pocket in the back no bigger than a credit card. None of this was advertised on social media. Whenever the bag was shown it was always shown from the front and nothing was said about what the inside of the bag was like. Absolutely laughable.

Overall I had such high hopes but ended up so disappointed. It's such a shame because everything looks really amazing in the photos :( PLEASE read reviews of places before you order.
