I undertook Jason’s course on short leases and it was very educational. Jason is a great teacher and clearly knows his stuff. I’d definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in learning more about short leases

I honestly couldn't recommend Jason enough!

I have brought 2 properties where Jason has given me advice. These were both flats. One flat which needed a refurb and reconfiguration and I am in the process of buying a short lease flat which needs a refurb and reconfiguration. Jason always goes over and above with what he shares and does not gate keep like most people in this industry. He has even shared his contacts to make the process easier.

It is hard to find genuine people in this industry but Jason really just wants to help people. He is someone who has simply built from the ground up and has a credible and lengthy experience in property. You know the advice you are getting from Jason has been formed by a lot of lessons and experience. I would 100% recommend speaking to him.

Just had a business plan meeting for which strategy to use. Is very knowledgeable definitely need your pen and paper!

I have seen Jason public speak at numerous events. The whole room falls silent when he does his talk. He is so knowledgeable in his niche category and is very educational. I managed to complete Jason's course at beginning of 2024 and the content and support from Jason was amazing.
