Went recently on a trip to Newcastle/Northumbria
Driver great really good done everything you wanted
Hotel poor air con not working properly TV was always freezing not good at all not only that but ever evening meals were cold hot food on a cold plate not good housekeeping
Bathroom too small not a non slip surface in shower should be
And to make things worse who ever thought to put a disabled person on the top floor of an hotel should be shot as it says by the lift do not use the lift in case of fire how in the hell is that person to get down the stairs if he/she cannot walk
I would not use this hotel again if they cannot come up to the standard requirements
Other than that very well done will come back again but look more closely in hotel requirements
