I have been buying Jarrow formulas ever since I met Dr. Jarrow, at a small little lecture, 30 plus years ago. He was wonderful and I have become a loyal, dedicated customer and consumer of their splendid products
However, recently I had an issue with a product. I called Customer Service showed them the photos via email and they sent it to their QC department and resolution is happily on its way.
I have to give a shout out and a compliment to JARROW for answering the phone. There wasn’t any complicated AI bot & menu system. Just direct contact to a human. This is so rare in this day and age.
I’ll gladly pay more for the Customer Service and their products are worth every penny.

I've been using their products for over 8 yrs and it's been a positive one.

I am a nutrition consultant, and many of my clients are cancer survivors and people who are concerned about cardiovascular disease and bone loss, I provide them with a small selection of high quality supplements that are key to the health of older people. They include lactoferrin, vitamin D3, FamilE (vitamin E as gamma tocopherol--the most active form), and Ubiquinol (Coenzyme Q-10).

Jarrow is one of the few sellers of pure lactoferrin in the US, and I have been buying it, and other supplements, from Jarrow for nearly 2 decades. Physicians tell their older patients to take calcium and D3 to prevent bone loss, but most of them are not aware of the benefits of vitamin K2 MK-7 and lactoferrin. According to extensive research, lactoferrin stimulates the cells that build bone, It is also antibacterial, antiviral, and anti-inflammatory, makes iron more bioavailable, and stimulates the immune system. While D3 increases absorption of calcium, MK-7 directs calcium from the bloodstream into bone, and prevents it from lining blood vessels and causing hardening of the arteries.

Jarrow is a great company, with excellent customer service and a full line of nutritional supplements that keep people of all ages strong and healthy. I give Jarrow my highest recommendation.

The "date of experience" shows here as today's date, but my experience with Jarrow has spanned nearly 20 years.

After purchasing a product on Amazon I noticed that there were several empty capsules in the jar of Jaros Saccharomyces Boulardi, when I called the number on the back of the bottle there was no appropriate extension to speak with so I guess they can just cheat customers out of capsules and you have no recourse, my only recourse is to review them badly.

WARNING Wholesalers and resellers beware!

This company is disgraceful.

They report resellers to market places for selling their products which the reseller has purchased from the official distributor.

Their morals and ethics are to be questioned.

They have not had the decency to respond to messages asking why they have done this

Awful company do not buy their products they are useless

Been taking their 200mg Theanine supplement for the last few months. Bought it from Amazon. Excellent product that's good for improving focus.
