James Andrew Residential has recently taken over managing a block I manage a flat in - it's only been a few months, but I have found them to be responsive (which is rear) and actively taking measures to bring the building back up to standard - I deal with several managing agents in my line of work and James Andrew Residential stands out - I’ve found both Joanne and Sarah a pleasure to work with…refreshing!

Have always had extremely positive dealing with JAR. From dealing with concierge services to MD’s within the company they have always been helpful and work hard to get issues solved. Special mention to Sarah Riley who has been fantastic in helping us with the property at Bezier Apartments over the years. Also a special mention to Geeta who has always been helpful, polite and will missing speaking with her in the future.

Chloe Newman-White was extremely helpful. I needed some information in connection with refinancing and received an immediate response both to my initial query and a follow-up query. Thank you!

JAR managed flat properties in Tower Hamlet, London. I am one of the leaseholders, but the charge (i.e. building management fee) is extremely high comparing to the market. So a group of leaseholders join together beginning to lodge a legal proceeding of self-management against this company. This company try to rip off the leaseholder from their lease-hold property.

Sarah Riley the property manager of Bezier was extremely helpful when I was trying to find information on my mortgage questionnaire. She dealt with the matter immediately and sent the requested documents while I was speaking to her on the phone. I liked the fact that I was able to get hold of her immediately by phone. A great service thank you Sarah.

I had been trying to obtain a signed document from the company for a while but didn't get any joy. Chloë Newman-White IOSH reached out and dealt with the matter with great speed and efficiency. She sorted the matter out within days!

Terrible terrible service , from Cassandra Ford the person supposed to be managing our building to Ben Martin a director who my complaint was escalated to, right up to Fiona Docherty the exec officer who is still 4 months later yet to reply to my email about the money they are trying to con me out of and my request for a deadlock letter so I can progress this to mediation or tribunal, nearly 3 years of JAR applying charges to my service charge account that I've proved in writing are unfair and punative, our residents company LAML seem to be in cahoots with them as they are also not responding to my letter delivered directly to the 3 directors. Don't hire JAR to run your building, you will be sorry.

Hi! We tried writing about license to alter request for over a month now. We contacted literally 10 times now and got 1 answer during that time. It contained no instructions whatsoever so we are still waiting for the response. No response and no instruction on how to proceed. We are willing to pay for the request of Tapestry Apartments license to alter but still we are getting ignored. This is highly inappropriate

I'm a Solicitor and recently dealt with JAR Residential as managing agents for the property. This was not the easiest of transactions, with the Buyer's Solicitor raising endless enquiries. Most of these had to be referred back to JAR Residential and I was fortunate there to be dealing with Chloe Newman-White.
