We lived in Japan for years and missed the snacks. I found Japan Candy Box and just completed the 6 month subscription. My daughter and granddaughter looked fwd to the surprise and snacks every month!

I have had some of the boxes. Its so wild. I love it

Both me and my daughter love this box that we get every month. Sometimes there are items that are way to spicy. We would like more cookies and snacks.

Ordered a variety of candy for valentine's day back in February. Everything I ordered arrived just on time and was super delicious! From heart-shaped pokey to strawberry chocolate cakes, I was able to get everything I wanted, and for a pretty sweet price too. Definitely plan on ordering more!

Amazing, like boxes

Japan Candy Box is great! We can choose from a LOT of options in their website, a lot of fun and different candies and snacks, it's awesome. But, sometimes they don't have in stock some of the foods that are on display, and that can be a little upsetting, but you do have a lot of other options to compensate. The delivery took a while to arrive, but that's probably because Ilive in a different country.

I've bought the 6 month plan and for me every month when i receive it, it's always a wonderful pleasure to taste different things

I really love Japan candy box! By far the best service

Absolutely love receiving these boxes every month and it brightens up my day, highly recommend for those willing to try new things!

They have to numerous problems with delivery!! We still have not received our package!

I'm so angry, I made a subscribtion for 12 month and i received the first 3 or 4 boxes, I get 1 every month.

I still haven't received my July or August box and it's the 06/09-2021 today.

I have wrote to them on facebook, mail and called them on what's app

What's app: No one takes the calls
E-mail: Still no answer
Facebook: They keep saying they are sorry, but gives me no help!

I really want some answers!

We got this expecting to get some fun japanese candy and sadly We did not get it. First of all It takes around 2 months to arrive. Secondly It is called japan CANDY box. You should include more candy. It comes with like 3 pieces of candy and the rest is corn and rice stuff. It did not say anything about this on the site!

This was the only candy box website that I could find that would let me purchase just one box without having to subscribe for a few months. I got my boyfriend a box for Valentine's day and while it was really late due to the pandemic, he got it in and really enjoyed it. The customer service team were helpful as they answered pretty quickly when I asked about the shipping. Once it leaves Hong Kong (snacks are still from Japan, their warehouse is just in HK) and arrives here in the states it's hard to track but they did tell me if he didn't get it that they would send me a refund. Fortunately we didn't have to do that and my Valentine's day surprise was still enjoyed even if it was a bit late. His birthday is at the at the beginning of March so I think next time I'll get two, one for Valentine's day and one for his birthday.

The total was 600 YEN, never buying from these people again. The candy box price itself was $24.90 and the thing is this is a company, they can mass order stuff at cheaper rates yet they still charged 600 YEN for something that should've been worth at least 3000 YEN. This is disgusting.
