Zero stars. I got sold by an ad for a cool t-shirt. Ordered, then did a bit of research and found information that the site was sketchy. Tried to cancel my order same day, impossible. Could only send a message asking to cancel, they wanted a "20% processing fee" to cancel. What the heck. At this point i was like, let's get the crappy t-shirt then. 4 months later nothing has appeared. Complete disappointment.

Took a punt on this company due to cheap prices. Ordered a jacket, email confirmation came through, then nothing. No means of checking the status of the order. Nearly a month later, the jacket arrives anonymously… I ordered an XL, size guide says it’s a 46” chest, and it’s too small. The arms are half way up to my elbows. There’s no way to contact them and I’m sure returning it to China is going to be nigh on impossible as well. I’ll donate the jacket to charity or give it away. So you pay your money and take your chance… 🤷🏻‍♂️

AWFUL.....We bought a hoodie for a Christmas gift £38...it arrived and was Tiny, I contacted the company and they replied to first 2 emails, when I refused the pathetic part payment if I kept the item...why would we want to keep a jumper that's too small?? I repeatedly emailed for return details and they have totally ignored me !!! So I am left £38 out of pocket and with a crap jumper that's too small!!!!

I ordered a long sleeve shirt, paid around 50$ with shipping as well, and the package that arrived was so tiny and thin, I did not believe it could be this shirt. And yet there it was, thin as paper, awful quality comparing to the ones displayed on site that one might think that it’s more structured and well made, and with a bunch of holes under the armpits. The wash out effect is horrible and its shape is not reflective of the site’s standards. Horrible, wouldn’t even pay 10$ for it.

placed my order for a camp shirt and iten was not shipped even after 1 week. when contacted to cancel gave me excuses to say its not possible to refund. please dont buy from them.

Ordered 2 hoodies on 27th December and they were delivered on 17th January.
Very thin material but colours are good and they are fine for mess abouts.
Washed once on a cold wash and the lettering/graphics are coming off.

My parcel was missing, file the compliant with their support, and they resend the parcel with my correct order..... respect....

Wife ordered from here an two weeks later nothing received and a tracking number that is not recognised.

Ordered 3 tees. The receipt does not provide the estimated delivery date, so I sent an email to customer support twice. No response. Regretting that I failed to check the reputation of this site beforehand.

I'm only awarding this company 1 star because there is no option for 0. I eventually got my new tshirt delivered, fitment was horrendous. Stuck it in the washing machine, pattern washed completely off the front. Two features you probably shouldn't expect from a t shirt costing that much money.

I contacted their "customer service"... didn't get a response. Then I contacted them another 2 times.. didn't get a response.

What I've got now is an expensive floor cloth but at least it's some use.

My advice to anybody using this website to vet Tokyo-Tiger - Avoid like the plague and use another company for your hilarious t-shirts.

What a rip off just got my “thick hoodie” honestly I have warmer tee shirts and my extra large is more like an aus small this brand is a massive scam, buyer beware.

I contacted them and instead trying to resolve the mess, they wanted me to buy another item whit a discount.
Just don’t do it! Is Bad.

I forgot to use my discount code. I contacted the company straight away and said i wanted to cancel my order, which is my right to do so.

They said they already had "labour costs" and cancelling wasn't possible. I only just placed the order.

I told them that wasn't acceptable, so they said i could get a refund less 20% handling fee!

I charged back on my card, and was refunded.

Please do not buy from this site, they are sellers from China who sells low quality products at expensive price. When you log for return its pain in the ass, almost impossible. I should have verified their website before purchasing the goods, now I have been emailing them back and forth for more than a week for the full refund.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unverschämt schlecht. Die Druckqualität ist nicht schlecht, allerdings ist die Qualität des Pullovers miserabel. Der Stoff ist billig und dünn. Weil der Stoff so dünn ist, hängt der Pullover überall runter. Die Kapuze sieht aus wie ein Windsack wenn es nicht windet. Traurig. Viel zu Teuer für viel zu Schlechte Qualität. Chinaware halt.

One of the t-shirts I ordered wasn't on a cotton t-shirt as described, it was on a stretchy nylon fabric. They offered a replacement so I chose one of the styles of the other t-shirts that was a cotton t-shirt, they said I had to pay $17 for this? I said I didn't want to pay any extra for their error, they have since haggled with me and offered a $3 payment and I can keep the t-shirt that I don't want?! Absolute garbage. Awful customer service, I wouldn't recommend.

Mehrere Shirts bestellt. Die Qualität der Shirts ist ok, die Passform jedoch nicht. Die Shirt sind zu weit aber kurz dabei. Keines passt gut. Bei einem Shirt ging nach der ersten Wäsche bei 30 Grad bereits der Druck kaputt.
Wird nicht wieder gekauft.

Do not buy from this company, they will not refund you if you do not receive your goods or if the quality is not as pictured. I have been trying for months to get a refund for the goods as the quality was terrible, I have offered to send the goods back but they will not tell me how much they will refund me. I was offered a discount if I purchased more from them and $13.00 USD when the value of the returns and what I paid for them was over $95.00 USD.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE. SPEAK TO YOUR CREDIT CARD / PAYMENT COMPANY AND PUT IN A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM.
