I am in the same position as the other people below who have also been ripped off. I ordered a backpack for my daughter on 19th August and received email confirmations to show it was successfully ordered. The backpack was then held up in The Netherlands and FedEx did not collect it. I, too, had an email response from Aysha who asked if I would like a refund or if I would like them to send another bag. Then the conversation ran dry and I have not had any communication back from them. The phone line for JanSport UK (0808 501 5528) is a voicemail. I have left 5 messages over the last few weeks and not one call has been returned. I have completed contact forms from the JanSport website, and they have also been ignored. I have also contacted JanSport US in America who have a brilliant customer service but advised me that they cannot help due to the US and GB/Europe using a different system.
They are useless and a disappointment to customers wanting to buy their brand. I feel very let down and unhappy that JanSport have been completely silent to my telephone messages, emails and completed contact forms.
I would strongly recommend you do not part money with the JanSport brand.

Terrible!! They are total fraudster. I ordered a bag for my child for £58 pound. Never received the order. Kept on emailing some Aysha from customer service. Even their FedEx tracking id is fraud. For 15 days I kept on following up- no response. I haven’t heard anything yet. Bloody cheats!!! Disgusting!?

Very poor customer service. Waited 3 weeks for a backpack that has now been cancelled withiut explanation. Don't buy from this company.

Absolutely appalling service from JanSport. I ordered a backpack for my daughter and it took nearly a week before they even dispatched it.
What exactly takes nearly a week to put a backpack in a box and hand it to the courier?
FedEx finally received it on Wednesday and it's now Saturday and still in the Netherlands. We've now been waiting well over a week for something that should have been a straightforward online order.
For a company the size of JanSport, this is incredibly poor. I certainly won't be ordering directly from them again.

Not a UK company. I thought the brand of jansport was reputable enough that i did not need to check online for their return policy. it is a UK company and headquarted here but insist that all returns must go to the netherlands which costs a fortune and charges you import fees. do not order from them.

Ordered a bag and paid. They do not ship. The order has status "unfulfilled". I contacted and they said they would look into it, but got no further emails. I've been waiting for 15 days.
