I ordered wallpaper samples and they were delivered super quick!

This company is a disaster, I ordered fabric which they took money for and couldn't get for another month. I phoned 5 other retailers who could get the same fabric twice as fast. Also their trade account is a joke. You can only get trade prices on undiscounted items but almost all of their items are discounted for that very reason. When I called them to discuss what other options there were as this fabric was important for a deadline, the person on the phone really couldn't care less. I will never usr them again.

I fell in love with this glorious rug (Harlequin's Wonderland Floral) online but was concerned about the rug's background color, noted as 'amber,' possibly being closer to brown than the lovely orange displayed on the website. Going above and beyond normal service, Sara Fernandez at Jane Clayton procured good-sized samples from the warehouse and photoed them for me so I could get a second view of the colors. She also promised to reserve a rug for me as it was currently out of stock, with delivery by July 11. I was reassured enough to order the rug, and it already arrived last weekend and is as fabulous in person as on the website. So glad I worked with Jane Clayton and Sara!!!

I am currently renovating furnishings in my Edwardian home and was enticed by the Spring sale to purchase some ready made curtains and upholstery fabric. I needed quite a large quantity, which William Morris (Sanderson), did not have in stock so there was a lot of toing and froing of communication between us. Jane Clayton Ltd were excellent at keeping me informed, sending samples of other fabrics when it looked like my first choice wasn't going to happen, and then sending both items on the same day, as communicated to me. I also spoke to them on the phone, and everybody was so helpful and interested in my project. I wasn't just another customer, I felt as if I mattered. Good customer service means a great deal to me so I am very happy with my experience and would recommend.

Fantastic first class service. I loved how the samples came in a little sleeve and when I ordered my wallpaper it came in the next day! Packed very well.

I ordered some expensive wallpaper, which at the time of purchase said that next day delivery was available. I got an email shortly after purchasing to say it was out of stock and wouldn't be available for a month. I decided to wait. When the date arrived, another email would come to delay it further. 5 times this has happened now. Another email to say it has been delayed till the 7th July and I made the purchase on 2nd April. Ridiculous and misinformation. Wouldn't even offer compensation for the delays. I've asked for a refund.
