Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service! Spoke to someone on the phone who immediately helped with my online order. I feel much better purchasing from these guys vs some big box store

Ordered an item that stated it was in…

Ordered an item that stated it was in stock. Waited 10 days and called and they said they had to order it because it was not in stock. waited 12 more days (22 days total) and called again and they had no idea when it would be in so i just opted for a different product.

Top quality products and service

The last few years I’ve bought everything from reels to tackle and apparel from J&H and they’re fast, proficient and reliable. One great experience after the next. For online ordering these are the best people to deal with.

Customer Service!

My fishing rod showed up broken into 3 pieces. I email Josh and Bryan some pictures, and they sent out a replacement the same day. Looks like the shipping people just threw boxes on top of my box or it was run over lol. JandH has great customer service and stand by their word. Even though I'm on the opposite side of the country I will be ordering from them again.

Every time I think I'm all set with everything I need, they come up with another deal so good I can't pass it up.
They have all the good stuff.
