David helped me so much early on in my career. I was looking to get some experience in finance and David helped me by giving me the opportunity to grow and develop in his finance team at Sanctuary Housing. I was a student at the time but David gave me genuine responsibility, meaning I improved my skill set very quickly over a short period of time.

After leaving a company I had been with for almost 20 years at the end of 2020, I went into the murky world of career development with a tainted view of recruitment consultants based on discussions with my colleagues.
