James, firstly is a very friendly individual with a clear passion for what he does. He was very communicative. There wasn't a time when I wasnt responded to or a question left unanswered. I found James very accommodating with viewings. I work a pretty much 9-5 kind of job and James accommodated viewings which suited me where and when he could. If I was to sell my property in the future I would use James for his personality and want to do his best for both the purchaser and the vendor. Thank you James.
