Mark, who has just dealt with our LPAs, came highly recommended by a long-time friend who is a solicitor. We were extremely impressed by the quality of the service he offers. Mark visited us twice and sorted the LPA’s for both of us.

Like most people we had heard about the importance of LPA’s but as we had a will in place, we thought we were ok. Having spoken with Mark it was clear we were not ok.
We received some really useful information via email which definitely upskilled our knowledge then made an appointment to go through in more detail. Mark explained each step simply and clearly and our documents were produced accurately.
Mark also reviewed our Will which did need updating. He also pointed out that our house was not protected against a forced sale should either of us require care in later life. He sent a short but concise and very informative video about ‘Property Protective Trust’, which ensures our house proceeds pass to our children in Trust.
Mark has written a new Will, incorporating the Property Trust and has future proofed the wording to ensure we do not need to rewrite again.
Based upon our experience, Mark is now providing Wills and LPA’s to my son, daughter, Brother and Mum.

I couldn’t understand why the price for setting up LPA’s varied so much. Mark was very competitive so I set up the initial Teams call to discuss. Mark was very helpful and explained the options. I decided to go ahead with 4 LPA’s for my wife and myself then also another 2 for my mum.
