Disgusting food, soggy chips and rancid taste left in my mouth, Avoid this place at all costs, the owner clearly of low intelligence so probably why her food is so bad

Rubbish - like the owner

Awful and bitter taste. Staff had poor hygiene and were rude and disrespectful.

Disgusting and mentally unstable owner of a sub par chippy.
Not worth your business, order from somewhere that doesn’t celebrate the death of a grandmother.

I should have known better than to order from here. One look at the owner should told me hygiene is clearly not a priority in her life.

I felt sick for a day afterwards. There are better places locally to spend your money for fish and chips.

Visited last month, the food was bland. The customer service was shockingly bad, very toxic.

Not worth the money and very bad customer service. Give your money to other food establishments in the area.

Must be the worst fish and chip in the entire world. Should be closed for good I can give you a free closed sign if you want. I don’t think eggs were enough

Awful excuse of a human being showing the world how to bankrupt a business live on Facebook. Now looking for somewhere new to live, maybe crawl back under that stone.

AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague!

I went to this shop whilst visiting family in the area in the summer, I wish I had read the trip adviser reviews, its a strange place with ranting posters, but hey ho its food we are here for. The fish was tough and although freshly cooked was tasteless, the chips were ok but some were soggy. It was a pretty expensive poor quality meal but the place looked quite clean and the staff seemed very pleasant. I wouldn't go there again.

Total nut job! No respect for the world or anything that is good. Avoid like the plague. You could probably catch it here!

I do not know where to start with this review.
When i walked in to get some chips and scraps, the elderly lady with the greasy hair was lifting her pot belly up and pulling her leggings forward shouting "what smells worse, me or last weeks Haddock". I felt sick but was shouted at to order, I got my chips but after seeing small wiry hair on my scraps i donated them to the seagulls. Needs closing down in my eyes, place is unclean, smells, staff have hygiene issues and should not be inspecting fishy under carriages in front of customers.

Bland and unpleasant experience !! Avoid once is too many .
